Fregene in appartamento

Appartamento non enorme ma molto confortevole, con due balconi e spazi ben sfruttati. Comodo il vicino supermercato.

Very good

The agent who greeted us was very efficient, helpful and friendly. Her son translated and he is a lovely chap too with excellent English. The apartment was very clean and adequately equipped.

The description of the property was a little misleading. It described it as a 1 bedroomed apartment with 1 double bed and a sofa bed. In reality it is a studio apartment I.e. the bed, sofa bed, kitchen were all in one room together. To be fair, the photo did show that if you looked carefully, but the description could be clearer. Also, the sofabed was too short for my 18 year old daughter (she is 5ft 8in tall) and it was extremely creaky (noisy springs).

We stayed just for 5 days, unfortunatelly very windy and not nice to swim

The cosy little appartement, the two big balconys and the supermarket just next door, 15 min walk to the beach

The energy supply of the apartment could be improved and the shower is kind of old

excellent property

clean property with a small kitchen to cook. location is out of Rome but good for relaxing. our host greet us at time of arrival and gave us keys and guide about transportation.

it is far from Rome and you need to take a bus name “cotral” to reach Rome. the time of buses is usually late. sometime we wait for hour at bus stop to find a bus.

Great supermarket just around the corner for dinner supplies and delicious treats at the bakery 30m away for breakfast. Easy to find free parking outside during quiet tourist season. Small but complete kitchen and 15min stroll down to the beach through holiday homes.

Pull out sofa was a little squeaky.

The apartment was lovely & they do look after it very well & beside a very good supermarket

The apartment was lovely, very clean & well equipped for cooking etc., comfortable bed & couch. Very good welcome by the host.

Shower a bit tight on space i.e. don't move your elbows away from your sides or you hit the doors & the shower head holder was not working really.. i.e. it kept slipping down the bar so you had to hold it in your hand.... not great when trying to wash your hair. Internet access was very unreliable for most of the day i.e. connected to WIFI but not the internet! There was also supposed to be bicycle hire available (one of the reasons I actually chose this property) but when I contacted the host he said it was not available.. so disappointing as there was no public transport or taxis & bikes seemed to be the only way to get around if you had no car

Amazing, very polite and helpful owner. The apartment is very well equipped and perfectly clean. Big plus for the location. 15 min of walk to the seaside. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay.
