Lovely villa, well kept clean and tidy with everything you need. Only a 5 min walk away from the beach, shops and bars.

Beautiful property quiet area beautiful clean pool and outside area. The property had everything we needed for our stay and was fully equipped.

The Air con in downstairs bedroom didn’t work we did ask for it to be looked at but this wasn’t done. Not a massive issue but I think it was worth noting as this did affect the comfort of the person staying in that room.

Overall a pleasant stay in Villa Webb with the things I disliked not spoiling our stay!

The beds were very comfy. Spacious covered outside area with dining table and chairs. Additional sitting area attached to main bedroom. All bedrooms decent size with double wardrobes and chest of drawers. TV access to Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. Good sized pool. Washing machine has a rapid wash programme and lots of hanging space for wet washing to dry.

No instructions on how to work TV! TV quite high on wall opposite a small 2 seater settee. Other corner settee across the other side of the room at odd angle to TV. Sunbeds not very long. I am 5ft 4inches and just managed not to hang over the edge of them. Hot water didn't last long enough for 5 of us to shower each day. Not enough electric sockets available bedside - majority located at opposite end of room! Previous guests partly used drinks, cooking oil, etc left in villa.

Superb

Great space, great location accurate description on the site. Pool temp was fine, not warm but fine. Spacious and comfortable villa and cleaning was good. Excellent communication from the owner/agent.

Tiny bit of maintenance in the showers and living room furniture is a bit dated. Being very picky here because the whole thing is great value and I would book again without doubt.

Villa Webb is very spacious, with a homely feel. Initial problems with keysafe code, showers & boiler were resolved promptly by the host

Nothing much to complain about. Perhaps the bathrooms could be updated, particularly the showers The location was a bit uphill for us

Disappointing

The location was excellent, and it was in a quiet location. When we had a problem the response was very quick.

After our problem was resolved, we were left to clean up, which I don't expect to do on holiday.

Nice Villa however the lack of communication since return is poor.

In Summary this was a nice villa with a good pool and patio area. Located in a quiet area but only 5 to 7 minutes walk to the beach and bars and restaurants and also a 2 minute walk to the nearest supermarket.

While we were there the property suffered a burst pipe in the upstairs bathroom while we were in bed sleeping and flooded the upstairs causing water to flood down the staircase also into the lounge area. There was water everywhere and it only stopped after about 45 minutes when the power tripped. I tried a number of times to reach the owners agent however they did not answer any calls or messages until the following morning. As a result we had to mop up as best we could and go back to bed with no power available. The following day a plumber came and carried out a repair that allowed the use of the downstairs bathroom but could not repair the upstairs bathroom until the following day which required drilling and removing part of the upstairs bathroom floor. While the burst pipe could have occurred at anytime and was just unfortunate, our holiday was still disrupted for a couple of days and as such we feel compensation is due. This was discussed with the Owner Jose at the Villa and also with the Owners agent Diego who actually advised that he had spoken with the Owner and confirmed they would be discussing compensation with Booking.com. since returning I have followed this up with Diego who has not responded which is disappointing. Also, after the second repair, there was a lot of dust and mess that we had to clean ourselves as the promised cleaner did not turn up as promised. Based in the above we are seeking compensation of 50% of the price of the Villa and await confirmation from the owner and or booking.com

Loved the property and will be back!

The villa was fantastic. It was clean, the pool was great, the sun loungers were perfect too. The bbq was a great addition and the added facilities in the villa made the trip super. The villa was close enough to the main strip but far enough away to not be affected by the noise in any way.

The ONLY one thing that was a very slight issue was the sofa in the living area. They were a little on the low side and were a slight struggle to get up from but this is the smallest issue.

Villa Webb has everything you need! We were a group of 6 adults and 1 toddler, the villa is so well equipped for the toddler, there is a guard all the way around the pool, stair gates, a highchair, a cot and changing mat. The TV has a firestick with netflix etc, we could make lunch in the villa and eat outside at the big table in between sunbathing and swimming! The location is really good, a short walk down to the strip and beach and you pass a small supermarket, a bigger supermarket and an overseas supermarket on the way. We would highly recommend Villa Webb and will definitely return in the future.

The only really small negative we had was that there is only one set of keys so if the group separated or wanted to go home at different times it could cause an issue. It didn't cause an issue for us but we are just pointing it out, overall our stay was excellent!

Our host Jose was very helpful and friendly. This was a completely different villa to the one we stayed in in Puerto Calero it was two storeys but in a more built up area. We liked the fact that there were provisions left by previous tenants which we could use. The internet was excellent as were the facilities. We needed to extend our stay a couple of nights which we were able to do. Location was good about 7-10 minutes walk to the seafront

With being in a built up area there was a bit more noise from other villa’s but not too bad. The pool was advertised as heated but a bit cool still on entering

Host was amazing on arrival, easy to contact with and very helpful. Super comfortable beds. Place was very clean. Amazing pool and facilities. Would defo go back!!

Could have done with some new pans, a bit of toiletries and soap for the washing machine. Just small things to not worry about.
