Der Zug und die Straße wären ohne Klimaanlage ein Problem geworden. So war es aber OK.

In Ordnung - für den Preis gibt es am See jedoch besseres

Die Begrüßung war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war alles sauber und schön eingerichtet. Man sieht, dass die Zimmer kürzlich renoviert wurden. Parkplätze sind an 3 Möglichkeiten vorhanden (7€ pro Tag).

Die Geräuschkulisse in der Umgebung ist leider bis spät abends und ab früh morgens hörbar. Der Zug, die Kirche und zusätzlich ein neuer Beachclub. Das ist für die Lage mit dem tollen Blick auf den See etwas schade. Frühstück war mir für den Preis zu wenig Auswahl, z.B gab es nur Rührei (offensichtlich aus dem Tetra-Pack), aber kein gekochtes Ei oder eine anderweitige Alternative.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder in diesem Hotel buchen, der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und angenehm.

Sehr zentral gelegen zum Strandbad und zur Bahn, auch wenn diese von uns nicht genutzt wurde.

Die Parkplätze sollten näher am Hotel sein. 5 Minuten Fußmarsch zum Fahrzeug

Kurztripp zum Bodensee.

Personal zum Frühstück sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Private Parkplatz fussläufig zu erreichen. Lage des Hotel direkt am See.

Zimmer mit seitlichen Meerblick war Blick direkt auf Nachbars Dach und Wohnküche. Ausstattung alles IKEA, leider keine richtigen Holzmöbel, was wirklich sehr schade ist für die Bodensseeregion. Selbst im Ort gibt es einen Schreiner. Matratzen etwas zu weich.

For the price, it was ok.

The room was comfy with a nice design and the view was also nice. The staff was friendly.

The room was a bit stinky, but we couldn’t find out where the strange smell came from. I couldn’t remember, a booked the accommodation with breakfast, but the e-Mail what the hotel sent us told us when and where we can find the breakfast spot. I searched for the price information but I couldn’t find any, so I thought it was included in the roomprice, so we had breakfast. During the check out, there was breakfast price on the bill and it was quite a big one… So it would be nice to know about all that information in the beginning.

parking is remote from Hotel about 100 meters away. There was some confusion on exactly were the correct parking space was located. And i parked in the wrong space.

Great Location in Sipplingen

lovely modern and clean rooms, the hotel is in a great location beside the lake- good WIFI speeds also. There is a good selection of lakeside restaurants close by. The train station is across the road also, and a trip to Therme - Uberlingen is a must.

Great place to be. I think it is a little bit too expensive, well everyone wants to stay there.

Very close to the lake and i has lakeview. You can go swimming in the morning and have breakfast afterwards. Well both i did not have, but what i saw looked great.

- I could not close the curtains, so it was not really dark, or better i saw the sun too early. I could also not find anyone who could fix it, because reception and hotel was already closed when i figured it out.

Aggrevation, very poor customer care. Zero hospitality. Poorly trained, unprofessional staff.

Location was nice

On arrival we were informed that the hotel beach facility was out-of-bounds ('private party'). This facility was why we (2 Kids, heatwave, on long drive home) booked and paid for this specific hotel. Hotel staff member was totally unhelpful, argumentative and unprofessional. Manager was 'unavailable'. Basically, no comeback and a 'couldn't care less' attitude. Very far from even basic hospitality. In my book the hotel owes us a refund for the facility they advertised as available for guests (i.e. we paid for it) but failed to deliver. If that's what you like, this is the hotel for you.

The public transport to Sipplingen is terrible. So if have rely on it don't stay there . ALSO make sure that you arrange for parking beforehand as it is very limited. The reception was very strict about the arrival times and it is not open after hours. So if you are can't make in on time, don't book there

Great hotel for young people

Rooms are new and clean. Staff are very friendly. The hotel is perfect for young people. The beach club is something that would appeal to them and is very popular. There is an extra room to store bikes and it is a good location for bike tours. Parking is also possible not too far away from the hotel (quite a luxury at Lake Constance).

Rooms towards the lake are loud from 6.30 am (trains start running) until 11 pm (beach club). We didn’t mind much, but could be a problem. There are no coffee/tea making facilities in the room and not even any glasses, which for the price of the rooms is pretty poor.

Great stay, except for the above guests footsteps noise.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel room/space was amazing. The bathroom and kitchen were also fully equipped and very clean.

The hotel staff, location and facilities are all great. The only issue we found which is worth mentioning, is the noise in the room. We stayed at the second floor (room 121) and at around 21h, when i had already put the kids to sleep, we noticed absolutely all the movement of our guest neighbors staying just above our room apartment. The floor isolation is really poor, specially considering the overall HIGH LEVEL of the room installation. We could hear absolutely every step the above guests were making, and this also happened in the morning, before we got down to breakfast. Kind regards, Rodrigo

The location was great, the staff was super nice, the room was really clean, great breakfast buffet

Rooms were sparingly furnished, no glasses for water, no wash cloth, limited chech in hours.
