A hidden gem in the heart of Graça

The spacious apartment is situated in a charming and very local part of Graça. The back garden is a total delight with citrus trees groaning with fruit! The famous Tram 28 runs directly in front of the apartment. Lucas, the service agent, was so friendly and super helpful. The host, Eduardo, runs the best chicken grill house, downstairs from the apartment! There are shops, pharmacies, food stores a stone's throw away. We loved our stay!

Great location, great apartment, recommend vividly

The location near the Miraduro was very nice and we were 10min from the city center so really nice location. The apartment balcony offers a beautiful view over Lisbon and there were everything for cooking (olive oil, paper towels which is really a nice to have when you’re not staying long).

The door doesn’t double lock when you leave the apartment meaning that you leave by only closing it but it is closed. This is the only downside that I see :)

Had an amazing stay for 2 nights.

Property was in the centre of Lisbon in a gated estate 2 minutes walking distance from an amazing view point. An apartment was big, modern with a terrace partly overlooking Lisbon.

Parking should be included in the price.

It was very nice place to stay. Next to the best view point. Surrounded by several shops and shops. Plus for the terrace where we can enjoy coffee in the morning.

Unfortunately the wi-fi didn't work. Even after noticing this fact to the guy who was responsible for renting us the house we didn't receive successful help.

Nice place to stay in Lisbon

We got the key from the housekeeping lady. This apartman is a clever house, so, it was funny, the key did not open the door. Our host helped us with an entering code, we used it duaring our stay. The apartment looks exactly like on the photos. It was comfy and well equipped. Our host was very kind and helpful, quick to answer. The apartment is almost on the top of one of the 7 hills, 20 min walk from the center.

We got a little trouble opening the front door first, but the host solved the problem quickly.

Nice location, decent flat.

Great location. Close to tram 28, super markets, bakeries and restaurants.

Some equipments in the flat are not well maintained. The mattress is a bit too used.

Top location, very quiet

Nice location in the center of Graca and not far away from one of the nicest viewpoints in Lisbon, Alfama is in walking distance. Very quiet appartement complex. Only at night, you can hear the neighbours as the walls seem to be rather thin. The appartement as such is high quality (e.g. floors and bathroom), the furniture is rather simple. Easy acces via door code. Fast WiFi.

This is a professionally rented appartement - it depends on you whether you want to support this where Lisbon is suffering from affordable housing.

Quiet, the room is nice. Only few steps to see some nice view! And the receptionist is very helpful, replied very quick!

Superb

A great place in a fantastic a neighborhood with good restaurants and shopping opportunities. The host found us a child chair and arranged a driver from the airport to destination.

Could wish for a user manual for the remote to the two airconditioneres. And some bottled water in the refrigerator upon arrival because we arrived late at night

A luxurious and beautiful apartment in the heart of Lisbon. The perfect place to stay.

Everything was perfect with Living Graca! I can highly recommend this place if you are staying in Lisbon. First of all, the host is super nice and helpful. The communication was super easy and getting the key and everything was very smooth. Then the apartment is located in the heart of Lisbon. It's perfect to start exploring the city. The good thing is that the apartment is super quiet, we slept like angels. Then about the apartment, it is a very modern and luxurious place. I real gem in Lisbon. The best part is the big terrace where you can watch the sunset with a perfect view of the city. We absolutely loved our stay in Living Grace. Would definitely come back if we are visiting Lisbon again.

Exceptional

Wonderful place, very clean, with great location - great for families. You have all necessary stuff in the apartment: fully equipped kitchen, extra blankets, vacuum cleaner, comfortable bed and extra sofa. Very convenient when you stay for a longer period. Another big advantage is the garage, as it is very difficult to find a parking spot in the city.
