I didn’t like nothing about more than the property, the hosts, first of all because when you’re booking this place you think that it’s just Federica, but instead she doesn’t let you know that when you check in there is Simone because she could be more specific and tell you in advance that there will be someone else, because you expect her to let you in, anyway then after a couple of days they’re going to change your bedsheets towels and cleaning the en-suite room and so Simone changed my bedsheets and when they’ve finished all the cleaning they left, but was already 11 pm when I’ve noticed that the bedsheets had an evident black stain and I had to wait to let Federica knows about it and she told me that she was coming to change the bedsheets personally around 1pm when she had finished to work but then she said if she could come around 3 pm letting me wait other 2 hours! All this has been REALLY ANNOYING! It wasn’t already long enough to let me wait until 1pm? No I had to wait that probably she had to eat her lunch! UNBELIEVABLE! They haven’t got any clues whatsoever about what customers service does means! And then when Simone had changed the bedsheets the day before, he hadn’t saw that the bedsheets was dirty? I mean are you blind or what? So change it again straight away instead to let the paying guest complain about it! They did a really bad figure! So they don’t pay attention to the details, huge laziness, lack of professionalism, I couldn’t wait to leave that horrible disgusting dodgy b&b! And finally I left last Sunday
I’ve just said what I didn’t like about the property and then the property is too far out from everything

A very cute b&b, the bed was very comfy, the wi-fi was great. We stayed for two weeks, so these were very important. The free bicycles were an amazing feature and the owner was very responsive and nice.
For people that can’t ride bicycles (like one of us), it’s quite a long walk to the beach…
The breakfast was very repetitive, although good. There was no AC in the room, just a ceiling fan, so during especially hot days it was tough. Generally, there weren’t a lot of minuses, it just got boring after a week.

I used Arcobaleno B&B as a base for exploring the region by train (as the property is about 10 minutes walking distance to Porto d'Ascoli train station). Nice, quiet location (also free street parking). The room and the private external bathroom were very clean. Good breakfast included! Federica is a wonderful host, kind and helpful, attentive to the needs of the guests to make their stay as pleasant as possible! Highly recommended! Amazing value for money!

Wonderful B&B in a quiet residential street of Porto d'Ascoli. 10mins walk to train station, several restaurants within 5mins, grocery store 1min. Federica is a highly attentive host and it is very noticeable the amount of thought and detail that has gone into the guest's experience. A real pleasure to stay here and will certainly return

The ‘Stanza Rossa’ was perfect as it was a generous size and it also had a balcony. Plenty of hanging space, drawers and cupboard.
Convenient to access the town and beach, but in a quiet residential area.
The hosts were most welcoming and went above and beyond our expectations.

Breakfast excellent. Quite a walk to the beach, but easy. Federica was very helpful, going out of her way to advise places to go and things to see.
A bit noisy at night from barking dogs, traffic.
