Amazing Hotel with amazing service

Amazing hotel and Service ,, The rooms are very nice ,, spacious and clean. The Spa treatment and the spa facilities is a must. Great Location as well.

we stayed 3 nights and we wanted to try the sushi really either lunch or dinner but it was full,, Also I would suggest adding more food options in the other restaurant like italian section because I am not a big fan of steaks so italian is always a safe option for me.

This was our second visit to Kyoto, and this hotel is the one I would return to.

Excellent hotel in a good location. Breakfasts and dinner were very good. Our room was clean and very well laid out. The staff are exceptional and very helpful. Particular praise for Satochi on the concierge desk, who went out of his way to advise on restaurants and to check the next day that we had had a good experience.

A romantic and beautiful place to stay and top choice to spend a bit more time at Kyoto

Clean and comfortable, it’s a FS. Very nice pond and court view. There isn’t much to talk about. FS states by itself.

What i dont like doesn’t mean its bad.

Amazing facilities, welcoming and enthusiastic staff, great rooms! Responsive and super helpful on the Four Seasons App!

Location wasn’t terrific. Massage was underwhelming but staff was very friendly. No big critiques but small errors with cleanliness, service, here and there. Overall experience was delightful.

Worst hotel in Japan!

Nothing. Worst hotel ever!

Everything. Bad service, overpriced and terrible housekeeping. 75$ hamburger at tge restaurant. You have to call over and over again for service. Housekeeping left dirty rags on the floor in the bathroom. Just an aweful experience from start to finish!

Comfortable accommodations, good location, excellent service,

Location was very good. Food was excellent, property kept very clean and nice, the pond was beautiful and peaceful, the staff was very nice and professional the accommodations were excellent very comfortable.

The atmosphere was at times a bit stiff. I did not appreciate the view of the room. In my reservation it was not clear the kind of room we were getting from booking.com so we got a more expensive room with a terrible view of the street, electrical cables and the entrance of the hotel.
