Great location close to restaurants and comfortable and well appointed apartment

Great location close to lots of restaurants. Very comfortable and charming apartment with excellent bathroom and kitchen facilities with a washing machine.

Blockout curtains to the bedroom would be a good idea at night. Many steep steps for carrying suitcases up and down stairs.

Great, cozy apartment in the heart of the old town

The apartment was very clean, quiet, well equipped and all in all very comfortable. It had everything we could think of. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town. Silvia was very friendly and contacted us immediately to arrange our arrival. I would automatically book this apartment next time. Highly recommended.

Thoughtful, spotlessly clean, perfect base to explore Como.

Sylvia was so helpful in meeting me to check-in and arranging a time to work with a bike event going on that shut down a lot of the city. She provided information where to visit in the area which was unexpected and kind. The apartment was spotlessly clean (I mean really beautifully clean) and had everything that we needed. The espresso machine was a joy! The location was fantastic, right in the center of old Cuomo. I loved listening to the sounds of the town with the floor to ceiling windows open.

There was nothing that I did not like!

Fabulous thankyou Silvia Love Como

We loved our apartment it was homely and in a great location. Silvia our host was fabulous so welcoming . We also loved Lago Como it is truly beautiful . The apartment is really one of the best we have stayed and we are traveling to many places .

Lovely, clean apartment in Old Town

This is a lovely, clean and very organized apartment in a great location! It is located in the Old Town of Como! It has air conditioning and nice big doors that open for light and breeze. The kitchen is stocked with all the amenities one should need. The bathroom is very nice with a good size, very clean shower. The owner Sylvia is very responsive and helpful! There are several steep and narrow stairs up to the apartment that we knew about before booking! They were not a problem for us but this suite would not work for anyone with mobility issues. Sylvia was kind enough to carry my heavy bag up to the suite upon our arrival.

My only complaint about this apartment is that if you come by car you have to pay for parking just outside the old town. The parking is not far but is expensive. We parked our car and did not move it for the 3 nights we stayed there and it cost us an extra 72 euros.

Excellent, if ever back in Como would book again

The property was very clean and fully equipped with anything you could need for a short stay. Great location

Can be a little noisy late at night but then again it’s in the centre of everything.

A good stay in Como

It was amazing. The location is perfect and the accommodation is very comfortable.

The accommodation is on the 3rd floor with unusually high steps and very narrow. This is not too bad if you are not carrying anything up or down the steps but with luggage it is not easy.

Feel like a local in heart of Como

Authentic Italian flat in the very centre of Como. Nice view from the windows, comfortable bed, all was fine.

If you have some issues with climbing stairs - be aware! If you have problem with sleeping due to noise don't stay in the old town. For us the street noise was no problem.

Great location. Wonderful apt, very gracious host.

Owner met me on arrival. Every kind of kitchen utensil you could ever think of was available as well as an appreciable number of condiments which was very considerate. Bath wad outfitted with sn assortment of toilettries.

Location, Location, Location!

We loved our stay in this apartment! The central location is perfect, it is within easy walking distance to the lake, train stations, ferry terminal, shops and restaurants. Silvia, our host met us at the apartment upon our arrival and she was very friendly and helpful too. The apartment is both clean and comfortable. Thank you for everything Silvia, we would love to stay here again!

Beautiful apartment in a perfect spot.

Beautiful apartment in the centre of the old town. Spotlessly clean and everything you could possibly need is provided. Silvia is a great host - met us with the keys and helped us carry our luggage up the three flights of stairs. It was great to simply open the windows and listen and watch Como life in streets below.

The three flights of stone steps may be a challenge for some people but they add to the character of the building. (You only have to carry your luggage up once!)

We like it

The host was very kind. The location was easy to find and close to the port. When you look outside at the patio, you can see everyone , which is living like Italian.

Maybe the stairs going up was kind of hard.

Perfect accommodation to live like a local in Como!

Silvia is the perfect host, met us outside the apartment and gave us lots of information about the area. Fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Cooking facilities, washing facilities etc. Location is perfect, 10 min walk from train station, 2 min from Ferry terminal and it is just off the main square in Como. Lots of lovely restaurants beside it and a fab icecream shop too. Supermarket is just around the corner. This is a fabulous property we will definitely return!

It didn't affect us, but others might find the 3 flights of stairs up to the apartment a little bit difficult to manage

Perfectly located, great host

Nice place in the center of Como. However, the street in front of the bedroom's window was not too noisy (off-season). The apartment was equipped with everything one need. The communication with Silvia was easy, her recommendations for parking close to no-traffic zone were very helpful.

Perfect location, perfect apartment

Everything! The location, the host, the size of the room and the facilities. Every detail was just right. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, not only with pots, cutlery etc, but also small things like tea, salt,oil and some water in the fridge. And it's directly in the heart of Como.

Location is great, a few minutes walk to Duomo and the lake. Host was very attentive, attention to details were amazing Apartment is very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a few days stay

When choosing this property please be aware that it’s on the 3rd floor with very steep steps and no elevator. If you have heavy luggage and bad knees, be alert Climbing steps are good exercise, after a day walking it can be tough, however you immediately crash to a very comfortable bed

Everything was amazing! The location is really in the city center. There are many shops, cafes and restaurants around. Parking 5 minutes walk. Two powerful air conditioners. The kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of storage space. Very friendly hostess. She helped in all matters. I liked it very much.

Relaxing and enjoyable with the sounds of Como close.

Location was fantastic and Silvia was very friendly and met us upon arrival to talk us through the property. Space was clean and having AC was huge bonus during the hot Como summer. Would defiantly stay here again and hope to return soon.

Parking is the only issue but there are work arounds and places not too far that are not expensive for a short stay
