Winnie’s home was a welcome hug at the end of a day of hiking. It was truly comfortable and offered all the amenities one could want. Winnie was very thoughtful and meticulous to insure her guests comfort. The house with its charming bedrooms and common rooms was immaculate and we especially enjoyed sitting in front of the gas fireplace in the morning to enjoy our coffee and look at her magnificent gardens. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. And we were especially grateful that Winnie took the time to greet us personally and acquaint us with the house.

This was our second time to stay at the Heritage House. It is a beautiful home, plenty of room inside and out. A large private yard is fun for the kids and adults. Being able to walk to shops, the farmers market, restaurants, makes it very convenient. Plenty of parks and beaches to visit. A perfect home!!

July, 2024. This house is charming. The owner has anticipated anything we could have wanted, and was available if we had questions or needed anything. I rented 3 houses for a family reunion. This was by far superior to the other 2. We loved gathering in the beautiful yard in the evening after dinner. There were even fresh flowers on the table. Absolutely loved it.

Our family agreed that Heritage House was perfection. We were able to cook, eat and play together on the property and yet enjoy the quite intimate spaces. Ideal for hanging nearby or heading out into nature. And the host was a gem... available and nurturing. Perfect;

My wife and son were participating in the marathon so we wanted a place where the whole family could come to support them. Finding Heritage House was perfect. All 8 of us were able to be under one roof, share meals together, play games, and have an amazing place to relax.
We’ll be back and highly recommend staying there.

We had a great time basking in the comfort of Winnie’s beautiful home. She has everything available you could ever want/need. She, personally is a warm and welcoming hostess!
It is in a perfect location for exploring the Olympic National Forest, the beaches and byways. There is access to the Discovery Trail for biking, great opportunities for hiking and the Sequim community, along with Port Angeles and Port Townsend have delightful boutiques. The nearby Native American Art Museum/gallery is an inspiring place to visit also.

This lovely home was a perfect family vacation. Many parks, sites, natural beauty. Walking distance to many local shops and restaurants. The Saturday farmers market was wonderful. And the bonus was a huge carshow on Saturday also. The owner of the home is so very nice and makes sure you know all of the nuances of this home. We will definitely be returning.

The Heritage House in Sequim is an historical gem! Our family enjoyed the beautiful home's spaciousness, lovely gardens and wonderful location as our home base for exploring the Olympic Peninsula. Winnie was the perfect host -- kind and attentive but not at all intrusive. As a history professor, I very much loved the this historical home and hope to come back again soon.

We were fortunate to be able to stay at Sequim Heritage House after a last-minute cancellation. What an amazing home and property. The house itself was spotless, and maintained all of its historical charm while being nicely updated with AC, new kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, bathroom fixtures, etc. While our stay was short, the kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for a longer stay. The garden is beautiful and has a hammock and chairs for relaxing in the shade.
Our host, Winnie, met us at the home at the arranged check-in time. She was very helpful in ensuring we knew how to operate the AC (a ductless system) and gave great recommendations for local restaurants and activities.
The home is located in a quite neighborhood just a few minutes walk from restaurants, cafes, and bakeries in downtown Sequim.
We highly recommend Sequim Heritage House if you are looking for a place to stay in Sequim! We hope to go back again!

We (4 adults, 6 kids all under 10) stayed for 4 days to have a home base while enjoying the Olympics. Winnie was very flexible, helpful and communicative. Furthermore, it was a perfect place to stay with all of our little kids. They had a lot of space to run around, play hide and seek and space in the gated yard to enjoy. Similar when it came to making and eating dinner or if someone needed space from all chaos that is 6 little kids. If you have a big group and you want to make it easy on yourself, book this place.

Beautiful flowers in the yard and a bouquet on the kitchen table awaited us. 5 girlfriends, each with their own bedroom, so we could have alone time or gather together in the living room, dining room or kitchen. A wonderful time we had eating out and exploring Lake Crescent and Marymere Falls, Hurricane Ridge, where a bear crossed our path ! and Jardin d' sol lavender farm

6 adults shared the Heritage House for a week of Olympic Peninsula activities. The house was clean, fun and a great space for us to all share. Location was easily walkable to great food, cofffee and downtown. Easy biking distance to the ODT. The house itself had a very complete kitchen, a beautiful garden with spots to sit and relax alone or as a group. Hot water was abundant, showers had good pressure. Our hostess was so kind and helpful with our needs. Would highly recommend for a friends retreat. Lots of decorations in the house might be hard for smaller kids but were so fun to look at and discover.

This was the most beautiful place to stay that we gave experienced in our years of traveling. It was perfect for our group of 10. Having several gourmet cooks…they were impressed with the kitchen appointments and we enjoyed many meals with good food and beautiful table settings.

This property was outstanding for our family trip! We had 8 adults and one toddler, and the home more than met our needs. One big plus is that we were able to spread out in a number of different gathering areas, both in the house and in the beautifully landscaped yard. Our host Winnie was very friendly and responsive. Wonderful relaxing home

A spot of Paradise in the middle of town
Once we stepped through the white picket fence and ivy arbor to the front door of Winnie's house, we felt like we were in our own secret garden. Inside the house was so cozy and beautifully decorated. Winnie thought of everything in terms of the kitchen. The beds were hard to get out of - so comfy. The location was great for easy walks to town. I can't emphasize enough what a beautiful home Winnie provides for her guests. We hope to come back next year.
