Beach was beautiful
The room was too HOT! We had to keep window open and still it went too hot again while we slept…

Huoneet siistit
Huoneessa tuoli rikki, melkein lensin selälle, kun tuolin jalat levisi. Sängyn patja kamala, meille vaihdettiin huone, ja siellä oli sama juttu. Huone liian kuuma, vaikka sammutettiin termostaatit.

Location
Was noisy from outside and there is no free parking inside. For parking they charge 15eur/day. Free parking is public. So I felt it is not honest description

view
The lights didn't work properly, the main switch shut also down the lights in room, only in wc the light stayed on. it meant, the main light was always on or the room was totally dark, without any lights

Good location, some very nice staff.
Not all staff had same views of how things should work, even though they advertised "pets allowed" the signs all around the property indicated the opposite.

Location
It was literally dirty. Bedsheets had blod stains, shower head was very damaged. All the hooks in apartment were damaged. No tv controller in the room and no way to get it. In the fridge was mold and bad smell. In Booking advertising stated free child bed, but on arrival they wanted ekstra 20 eur, and private parking like advertise vas not an option in that's evening. We had also garden side windows, not seaside

Very fresh and large with kitchen table for two and desk. A plus for fridges and hobs. Was able to buy food and boil eggs for my onward journey to Naissaar. Could also park my bike in the foyer. Good and nicely greeted by the woman at the reception

Sunset straight trough the room window was perfect
Room and sauna was pretty dirty. Saunas shower was not working.

Quiet location,good beds.
Smell of smoking has been and still is an unpleasant issue at Pirita SPA Hotel. Especially in the summer time for non-smokers the seaview is not the cool as people are walking at the poolside and smoking.

Location amazing, price, good restaurant, views forest and beach.
Cleanliness of kitchen appliances, vending machines didn't work not for a coffee or soft drinks. Coffee shop and restaurant only open at noon.

Location. Personnel.
Condition of the room.

Location (in the current season does not matter much).
The room was fairly big and, if the couch was not broken and insulation had been in place, there would have been two decent size beds.
The room was very (too) warm, and the bathroom had floor heating.
In the hall, there was a simple coffee machine (2 EUR per cup) and a vending machine with snacks.
Total disappointment and dishonest commercial practice!
Although in the description it is mentioned there are swimming pools available for the guests (no extra fees mentioned), in fact there are only OUTDOOR pools which are currently closed and the sauna is available for extra fee (30 EUR/h, although price seems to fluctuate depending on the guest). That information is sent out only AFTER the reservation is made. When asking to cancel the reservation, they do not answer.
The parking near the hotel was available for extra fee (of course!). Only public parking was for free, but it was full and far away.
To find the entrance, you really had to have a good intuition. But even then, there was no-one in the reception. Instead, we had to pass a quest, finding a carriage outside of the hotel and a safe box in it, open the box using the provided code and find the envelope with my name on it which contained the door cards. I could have easily taken other envelopes, not to mention I saw other guests' names.
Although promised that the room would have "a nice view", the wall-wide window was in fact facing parking (room on the base floor) making impossible to open the curtains. Furthermore, there were insulation issues - the wind was constantly blowing along the edge of the door that made impossible to sleep next to it. Even more so, the couch was partly broken and dirty. Also, the floor was dirty and had peaces of peanuts on it. Given that we had a crawling child with us, it was really an issue.
There was a bare minimum of the kitchenware and dishes, not to mention no salt&pepper and no dish-washing liquid. Not only the pans had no lids, but they were also burnt. The dining table had only two chairs, although the room could (and did) accommodate 4 people. Nothing was provided to accommodate little children (no high chair, children beds, etc.).
In the shower, there was mold. The shower head was not functioning properly. The lamp above the sink did not work.

Washroom shower pipe was leaking.

Location is nice. it’s bit far from city but good bus connections.
Room has small kitchen
- beds are not so good. mattress is worn and lower on other side, so you may fall from bed
- could be cleaned properly. drainage in pathroom
was hardly working
- there is no one from house keeping during night. you are on your own if guests next room are noisy or decide to have a party

Plenty of parking space. Room was very warm (in winter). Sound isolation was quite good.
Receptionist was not on-site, even though I arrived before the posted check-in deadline. There was a note with a phone number to call, but nobody answered several times. Eventually, I received a call from a different number and situation was resolved (turns out there was a hidden lockbox left for me) .

Location only. Rest of is not worth to mention.
The whole establishment should not provide lodging services.
