Flat is located in beautiful villa with large garden, pool and outstanding view to the bay. All 3 appartments have sea and garden view terraces. Garden is full of flowers an birds, guests are welcome enjoy all the garden with several lounge areas including summer kitchen and grill. We spend beautiful time dining in the garden. Host Mery is very friendly and caring. Appartments have not washing maschine but Meri kindly us provided 5star service with our laundry. Thanks a lot, Meri!

You definetely need a car to stay here . To go to the beach you can walk downhill and get a taxi back uphill, just 5 eur and you are up. Walking up is possible but could be difficult. Supermarkets are on the hill in about 1 - 1,5 km proximity.

Great views over the swimming pool to the sea. All that you could need for a weeks stay including an additional shared outdoor kitchen under a brilliant modern gazebo. A lovely garden too. We liked the location as it is straight up the hill from the centre of Opatija but you do need a car. Plenty of off road parking spaces in this residential area. Away from main roads so a quiet location. The owner is a kind and thoughtful lady who made us very welcome - with pleasant little surprises too. The apartment was very comfortable for a the two of us. Would stay there again without any hesitation.

Premium apartment. It is extremely well equipped, tastefully decorated and furnished, very clean and very comfortable. Beautiful and large garden, cosy barbecue in the garden. Beautiful view from the terrace Outstanding hospitality and kindness from the owners

Excellent property. Super clean and kept to a great standard. Pool and garden areas were lovely and the hosts were great, friendly and very caring. All the family loved staying here and we would recommend to anyone. You can walk down to the town albeit walking back up you need a taxi!

The hosts were fantastic, super friendly and they couldn't do enough for us! The apartment was beautiful, as was the pool area and BBQ . The views of the bay are absolutely amazing.

Absolutely stunning place! The apartment looks amazing, clean and silent. Pool and very nice garden full of fragrant flowers makes this place ideal for a rest. In addition to the beautiful place, the owners are brilliant. Mery with her husband are lovely people, who were taking care of us and made our stay such great. We didnt want to leave and we will definitely want to come back.

Impeccable, beautiful, a place where every single detail you see is filled with love and inspiration

Everything was lovely and exceeded expectations! The hosts are kind, lovely, courageous, and make you feel like family. The place is impeccable. I’ve never witness such a clean apartment in any other location. They really have modern decor, furniture, and all the items you can ever need. They were so hospitable too. I recommend it to the fullest!

Wonderfull place to be.

From all my travelings this is by far one of the nicest places I have been. Everything is so clean and smells nice, the garden is big and beautiful, and look from balcony to the sea is lovely. Hosts are great and friendly and apartment is equipped with all you will ever need to enjoy your stay. There is pool and garden facilities for you to use. Would love to come back.

Only thing that is missing is the beach in front of the house ;)

Amazing

The owner was awesome, and very attentive. Rooms very clean and modern. We very much enjoyed the stay and the hospitality. Took advantage of their grill......lovely food and again superb host and made to feel very welcome.

Quite a long walk to town, taxi is only 50 Kuna though.

Everything you need and more!!! Outdoor have a beautiful garden, pool and summer kitchen fully equipped! Kids didn’t want to leave! Host Meri is one amazing host, loves children and her beautiful home felt like home to us! Apartment is very well equipped and clean, there is nothing we didn’t had or missed! For a perfect vacation you need a perfect place (Garden residence ✅) and amazing people (Meri ✅) !

Wonderful place and wonderful apartments for family vacations. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back again. Definitely recommend. We felt like a 5 * hotel with "all inclusive" :)

Superb

Nice and clean apartment, well equipped, staff is kind. Parking in it's own place, for us (with motorbikes) was a little bit complicated because of the macadam but it was solved. Nice pool. Shop is located 300 meters from the apartment

Little bit far away from the center 2km, you have to walk up the hill when going home or choose taxi.Approx 50 Kuna for a trip. No restaurant nearby.
