4.0
Comfortable bed
Neglected looking. Mean on the teabags and milk.

La maison était notre premier choix et nous étions ravi de séjourner dans une telle bâtisse.
C’est un peu étrange mais il n’y a pas de réception. Tout ce passe par code d’entré etc..
cela est très bien indiqué néanmoins

Very easy check in process, self service was efficient and made things very simple. Both rooms were lovely (we had a different room at the beginning of our NC500 trip and at the end) both were warm, well looked after, spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable and we had a lovely stay.
Nothing

Ripped cushions on couch.
Cobwebs throughout room.
Splattered bugs on walls.
Looked tired and unloved.
6.0
The beds were comfortable and linen was nice and clean
The room had an odour. The carpets, walls and bathroom were dirty and marked. There was no elevator available. The rooms were smaller than appeared in pictures. Wifi was available however did not reach our room on the third floor. It’s nice that pets are allowed but accomodation could possible reserve rooms for pets or conduct deeper cleaning as there was pet hair throughout the room
2.0
Very unclean with broken fixtures and fittings. Grounds very unkempt looking.
9.0
Size of the room and bath. Quiet environement far from noise.
A little difficult to get there with public transport at the weekemd.

Room was lovely, self check in very easy
Grounds were a little over grown

The Interior finish was OK and modern and comfortable and beautifully quiet.
There is no restaurant or venue for breakfast etc. And minimally staffed, we had no interaction with anybody which worked but just felt a bit strange
6.0
Comfy bed, great location, fridge.
The kitchen area didn’t have cutlery, plates etc but a working hob, It felt a little bit strange to have the facilities but not the utensils to use them.

We were in a Superior Queen Room which was really lovely and spotlessly clean as were all the communal areas. The room was probably the biggest room we've stayed in with a really big comfy bed. The House is in a lovely quiet location, we spent the afternoon sitting in the garden in the sunshine reading our books, the only sounds we could hear were the birds. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
No negatives but a car is advisable and no shops nearby.

Really easy check in process and can’t recommend this place enough! Our room was so spacious and really modern, everything was clean and comfy. We only stayed here for one night but wish we extended our stay.

cup was dirty and cracked enough to leak. no breakfast available
4.0
The bed and the space
No DRUMDEVAN WiFi available
The radiator control fell off when I touched it to turn it off.
Slippery floor to the shower.
Awkward getting kettle to work though it did eventually

The house is in a lovely setting. The rooms were recently refurbished and generally clean. The self-check-in was also very easy. The common areas were very well kept.
The room was very hot. The cleaner hadn't finished cleaning one of the rooms by the time we arrived. The staff weren't particularly friendly. Some of the rooms had stained carpets or walls.

Location was very good right next to the loch
Room 4 very small and I was struggling to move about as a 6ft 2male 100kg
Bathroom was good spacious but radiator did not work in there, tv Netflix not working
WiFi was good
For the price we paid was OK but on website prices were double.. The other rooms in the hotel r much bigger with sofa and space to move big windows but room 4 was very small. Don't take room 4

Heating was inadequate as was guest support, wrong telephone numbers on email confirmations.

Easy check in process.
A little cold in the room but it was huge so no complaints from me.

Excellent value for money at this quiet, tucked-away property. The room was spotless, and the mini kitchen in the room was a wonderful addition! I would happily stay again.
10.0
The hotel was very clean and welcoming, the facilities in the room were excellent with a small kitchen area with hob and microwave. The bathroom was spotlessly clean with toiletries provided. The bed was very comfortable.
Two minor points, it would have been good to have somewhere to hang coats and the towels were very small.
7.0
It was clean, comfortable and good value for money.
We arrived late and it was dark which made the self check in process a bit strange. The property was dark inside and only dimmed lights outside. I'd suggest more lights outside and a large notice at the front door to explain the process.
Arriving with my son at a house in the dark, no one else there and not knowing what to do was a bit uncomfortable. But after figuring out what we should be doing and how it all works we had a very nice stay. Our twin room was clean, comfortable and the fact that we didn't pay extra for our dog was a bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

very close to Loch ness lake, close to centrum
the light in the bathroom was on all night, as the motion sensor was probably broken ???

No staff at the property but understand it was during the off season and we were able to easily speak to someone on the phone.
