Exceptionally well equipped, including 4 different coffee machines, a multitude of crockery, glasses, utensils etc. spacious living areas and bedrooms all very well maintained and clean. The view across Kalamáta and the bay worth hundreds of photo opportunities especially at sunset.
The road to the villa can be very tricky in sections with steep climbs and hairpin bends but worth it. The left turn into the villa is troublesome and usually entails going past the drive to turnaround further along, then backtrack to drive straight in. While the bedrooms are airconditioned the living area is not and the extremely hot summer made for a little discomfort inside, notwithstanding the provision of floor fans.

The location is very nice, the view from the villa is breathtaking. Even if for some reasons you wouldn't like anything else about the villa (which in my opinion is not possible:)), the view redeems everything. In our case we liked everything - the villa itself, the villa's territory and the view:) There are few places in the territory with tables and chairs to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside of the rooms.
Just keep in mind that the car is mandatory as there is no other means of transportation to this place. The villa is high in the mountain - approximatelly 300 metres above sea level and 2 km drive from the mountain base.
No breakfast available, as this is not hotel, but everything is in place to make breakfast or any other food by yourself - all kitchen equipment, cofee, tea, sugar. Also Lidl is near (by car), so you can buy everything you need. Other option- taverna Petralono is just 3-4 minutes by walk from the villa.
Also host Helen is very friendly, helpful and supporting - you can approach her any time with any question. It was really very nice to have Helen as a host - thank you, Helen!
I wouldn't say we didn't like something - just a note that in the booking.com description is written that villa is suitable for 8 persons (maximum). We were 8 persons, but in reality it is comfortable only for 6 persons - they have 3 rooms with 2 double beds and 2 single beds. The sofa downstairs is not very comfortable for sleep and only 1 person can sleep there (or maybe we just did not understood how to make this sofa for 2:)). But as from 8 persons one was 4 years child, she slept with her parents in double bed. Also on the ground floor the night light is on all the time and it is not possible to switch it off at night. But overall 2 couples and 2 teenagers (or 6 friends company) could be comfortable there.

We liked the seaview from the house. The house itself was very nice, with balconies and outside terraces to sit in the shade. A taverna was close by.

The house has amazing views. It is very comfortable and perfectly equipped with a lot of attention to detail. Most importantly Helen was a super host. We didn't meet her but she was very helpful with everything we asked for. Really outstanding hospitality.
