This first floor accommodation includes three bedrooms, 2 bathroom, and a laundry room. Your patio opens to a paved walkway to the beachfront pools and a boardwalk to the beach where your umbrella and beach chairs are set up for you (March 1 – October 31). We loved our vacation here. Our kids started their day in the pool and ended their day in the pool most days and the fact that it was right outside our door was great. The beach is also a short walk. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

We just spent an amazing week at this well appointed,very clean, and tastefully decorated condo. The owner was easy to contact and helpful with questions about where to eat, shop etc. Honestly cannot say enough about the convenience of being on the first floor with easy access to the pool and beach! Even if there were people in the pool you cannot hear anything from the inside-amazing. We will definitely be returning to this gem! Thanks Kyle!

The condo was exactly as advertised and the communication with the property owner was excellent. Even though the property is on the first floor by the pool there was very little outside noise. This is a very family oriented area with plenty of restaurant choices within walking distance. One pleasant surprise was the extremely comfortable mattress in the master bedroom. We definitely enjoyed quality sleep! The beach chairs were a plus and we never felt the beach was overcrowded. Overall, this was a great family getaway and we will definitely be back.

I’m just now getting around to writing our review. We stayed over Thanksgiving last year and had a blast!
The condo was well-appointed. I think there were 4 TVs in the unit but we never turned any of them on during our stay! My only recommendation to the owners would be to add beach/pool towels. I knew they weren’t included but forgot to pack any and had to pick some up which wasn’t a huge deal.
Very clean, furnishings were nice and the beds are great. I slept better than I ever do at home. Being able to do laundry before heading home was a great convenience.
The location is absolutely amazing. You’re literally steps from the beach/ocean. The ground floor access was great for members of our family that have mobility issues. There’s a huge deck box of sand/beach toys including boogie boards. We brought sand toys but really didn’t need to. Since we went in November, the free beach chairs/umbrellas weren’t included, but I was able to arrange for them to be set up on the days we wanted and pay the service directly.
The pool that’s heated in the cooler months is the one right outside the condo. That and the hot tub were quite popular spots but we were never bothered by noise and after the quiet hours, no one was out there.
We enjoyed the slower pace of FWB as compared to the hustle and bustle of Destin. We did a dolphin cruise and a couple of other things over there. It was our first trip to the area but we will definitely be back!

We had everything we needed for a group of 8 (including a one year & three year old). The location being on the main floor next to the hot tub and directly leading to the ocean provided a convenience that couldn’t be beat. Communication with the host was excellent. Lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. It was a great stay!

We’ll keep up property. Parking and unloading was a breeze. Unit was clean and the decor was great. Loved the closet space and the double sinks in bathroom. They had a vacuum and cleaning supplies so you can keep the space clean and sand free. The liquor and beer store is right across the street, so getting beverages and snacks for the beach was just a 2 min walk away. Nice restaurants within walking distances as well. Laid back environment at the pool. Grill is located really close to room, they had propane and charcoal options. This was the best room I have stayed at fort Walton and I have been coming for the past 5 years. It was a great experience for my vacation and will be returning soon.

This unit was immaculate. It was on the first floor and right outside the pools and hot tub. It was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. All the rooms were spacious. There were plenty of supplies in the bathrooms and kitchen. The entire condo was very quiet and peaceful. It was right on the beach side. The Owner was very informative and helpful from the day I booked until the day of checkin. There is plenty of parking and several good restaurants close by.

The ground floor location was absolutely perfect. The children were able to come in and out as they please and we could see them in the pool/hot tub at all times. The unit was clean and everything was as expected. We had a wonderful family vacation. We will definitely be back.

Kyle’s place is great!! The condo is conveniently located directly on the water and near restaurants and activities for kids. The beds are super comfortable and I like that there is a TV in every room. I really love all of the touches of home in the condo. Board games and puzzles for kids, dish cleaning tools, extra coffee filters, Rubbermaid for leftovers, extra soap in the bathrooms, extra toilet paper, trash bags, dryer sheets, shampoo and lotions under the sinks. Extra blankets, plenty of bath towels, rugs in the bathrooms and throughout the condo. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay.
By far, my favorite feature about the condo is the proximity to the pool and beach. The sliding glass door opens to a gated patio on the pool deck and just steps from the beach. The patio contains an outdoor storage box full of every beach toy you could ever need. Another bonus is that the condo comes with chairs during your stay. Not chairs you carry down to the beach, although they have some, but chairs that an attendant sets up for you every morning and takes down in the evening.
I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and we will definitely be back!

We have been to Okaloosa before and love it there but this was definitely the best. We parked the car and never got back in it until we were packing to leave. We love that everything was in walking distance. The hosts are great communicators and would highly recommend this condo to anyone. It's on the 1st floor which if you have never stayed on the ground floor you are in for a treat! No waiting on elevators! You have access to everything from your patio. We felt safe and secure at all times. The beach staff were very nice and helpful made sure we had set ups by our new friends from Ohio who we just meet. Everyone we meet was just super nice. The condo: AMAZING! If you forgot something it was ok cause it was there. Very well stocked! Sunburn... Bam they had relief lotion already there. The beds were all very comfortable. The cleaning staff did an awesome job. I honestly can not say enough about how wonderful our experience was here. Thank you and we look forward to coming back again next year!

This is our second stay at the property and love it. The location especially the first floor is very convenient especially for my elderly father. Located near beach, pool and within walking distance to restaurants and stores makes it convenient. The condo was clean and we noticed some minor updates from last year. Kyle was extremely responsive and communicated the check in procedures in a timely manner. We will definitely be back next year.

Even with the rain, it was absolutely lovely
The place is larger than the pictures make it seem. It was a great fit for our family. The location was close enough to walk to the peir, the boardwalk, and some great restaurants, seriously the pizza at Fubar was amazing. There were plenty of toys for the kids to use on the beach. The location on the first floor right by the pools was perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable. The host was great with communication and answered any questions we had. 100% planning on coming back next year.

This amazing condo has everything you need for any type of getaway. It was very clean and nicely decorated . All rooms had comfortable beds, the kitchen was well equipped, and baths were well stocked as well. It’s location on the property is great, you literally walk out onto the lanai and the heated pool and hot tub is just feet away, and beach access is right there too. There were plenty of floats and beach toys available to use and stored conveniently on the lanai. The owner is very responsive and great to work with. This place is wonderful, we would return in a heartbeat!

Perfect spot for a family vacation
I would definitely recommend this place to stay. It was poolside and the beach is steps away. The maintenance of the pool and hot tubs was amazing.
The only complain I had was too many kids were allowed in the hot tub which made it hard for the adults to enjoy. A few evenings the teeangers took over the hot tub which lasted past its 10pm quiet time. An adult, I assumed was the manager asked the kids to call it a night. Only 2 of the kids were staying at the condos , the rest of them headed back down to the beach. I would recommend all tenants make a note in their rental agreements about hot tub policies.
Besides the hot tub issue, the place was equipped with everything we needed. Lots of things to do around the condo in walking distance such as the pier, restaurants, shops and the aquarium. We will definitely be renting this place again!

It was outstanding!
We absolutely loved this condo! The host, Kyle, was very quick to communicate with us, the condo was clean, and had everything we needed. The location was amazing! The pool was literally steps away, and the beach was so nice and only about 30 yards from our back door! We had 4 adults, 4 kids (ages1-9). There was plenty of room for all of us., and the beds were comfortable! There was even a portable crib there for us! We would definitely come to this condo again!!

We had an amazing time and this condo is in the perfect location. Very clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. it was so nice to just walk right out to the pool and hot tub but also be able to see the ocean over the dunes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

We were thrilled with the overall experience. Being on the first floor was very convenient. The pool, beach and BBQ grill were right out our patio. The beach chairs and umbrellas were very convenient. The layout was perfect and very clean. There were restaurants and stores close by. Kyle was very easy to work with. Great location, right on the beach
This unit has everything you need to cook a meal (other than the food, of course). It was fantastic being like 10 steps from the patio into the pool. The walk to the beach was incredibly short compared to many other places where you are exhausted from lugging all the equipment by the time you reach the sand and then have to trek through hot sand. Having 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas each day was great. My husband appreciated not breaking his back carrying umbrellas and chairs down each day. We opted to pay cash for a paddle board so we didn’t lose our chairs side by side. It was only $20 for an hour and totally worth it. The condo is also in close proximity (walking distance) to several restaurants, liquor store, Tom Thumbs, alvin’s island, and surf style. Also, just a short drive over to Destin’s Harbor Walk. We plan to stay here again in the future.

Perfect Location Accommodating Condo
Loved the access of walking right off the patio to the pool and then out to the ocean. Condo was very well equipped with toiletry items and kitchen supplies. Condo owner was quick to respond to emails. Pool did not open until 9 AM which was late in our opinion. Lots of people smoking off their balconies, rowdy teenagers and loud music were the only negatives which has nothing to do with the condo.

Best condo of all, was worried about having first floor but ending up loving it! Will definitely rent again in the future. I tried to leave as clean as we found it and left extras for the next renters. Thank you

Family Vacation
I stayed at Kyle’s condo with my husband and our 2 toddlers. We loved being on the first floor with walk out access to the pools and beach from the patio. The condo was spacious, very clean and had all the amenities of home. It’s walking distance to several shops and restaurants too. Kyle gave us a detailed set of check in and check out instructions and was readily available to reach if we had a question. It was our first time visiting FWB so he sent us a list of his favorite restaurants and things we should do while visiting the area. We had a great time and plan on renting Kyle’s condo again!
