It was our second time staying at this one. Such a beautiful place and with very affordable prices. The view is amazing and they have everything that one might need to enjoy. The baby was so happy playing with the toys and sheeps as well as the friendly dog. Had a great time. Will come again soon.

Very relaxed stay on a farm surrounded by animals, just minutes from all the action in Rotorua.

Couldn't fault the place, it's close enough to most attractions and far enough out of the way to be peaceful, ideal for us.

The property is a simple bungalow type accommodation. The kitchen is not that well equipped but it suited us. There were lots of moths inside because you had to keep windows open for coolnesss with no fly screens. Note you need to vacuum at the end and take the linen off the beds.

Bach was charming, clean, and conveniently located on the outskirts of Rotorua. It has a rural feel with sheep, horses, and cows on the property but isn't far from town. Paula is a great host, very accommodating and has a wealth of local information. The only downside is the lack of internet and spotty cell reception but if you can do without that, it's perfect.

Nice house in quite surroundings (accept for early morning with al the birds ;)
Lots of space and no cooker is no problem with microwave and BBQ.
Our kids (2 and 5) absolutely loved the massive box of toys and books and the board games!

Thank you for the use of your accommodation. We truly enjoyed our stay. It is absolutely peaceful and something I needed to spend time with my 5month old grandson. The place was clean and warm and very welcoming. I do apologize as I forgot my water bottles in your fridge.
I hope to be back again soon and will happily rebook if that’s ok .
Thank you so much.

This property was placed perfectly. From the crazy bisy city life to the fresh air and peacefulness. It was good to uave no wifi as it meant more time spent with the babies outside. 100% reccomend.

This Bach is cozy and with a well stocked range of cooking items in the kitchenette. Huge good shower, comfy sofa and queen bed. Great range of blankets.
Kids room has a good range of beds but the mattresses are pretty thin, but if you’ve got younger kids they probably won’t mind!
Easy 10-15 minute drive into Rotorua.
We enjoyed our short stay.
Beautiful quiet setting, we loved the lambs and horses.
Really nice friendly hostess.
