La personne de la réception a l arrivée n étaist pas agreable

Petit déjeuner assez bien Très bon emplacement

Le micro-ondes ne marchait pas on l a dit mais ça n a jamais été réparé le congélateur coulait au sol. L eau de la douche coulait à l extérieur de la douche.a l arrivée la poubelle était plein ,la boîte de Kleenex était vide Lorsque j ai réservé ,il m était impossible de changer 1 personne pour 2 on nous a facturé un gros supplément pour la 2e personne.il manquait des serviettes Nous ne retournerons certainement pas la.l

The staff is extremely kind and friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and help you in however they can. The rooms are very large and the area is safe for a solo female traveler.

The bed is not very comfortable but for a couple of nights its fine. For the cost of per night I also think breakfast should be included.

the WiFi did not work well, not reliable. The street in front of the hotel can be a little noise sometimes.

Overall, amazing staff and great place to spend your time while in Casablanca.

Excellent staff, amazing scent in the corridors. We had two rooms and were side by side. The room facilities were nice and clean. The hotel is located close by all fast food restaurants but parking is a hassle. Even though they have a guard, but still can't control the street parking crowd and accidents.

In house dinning/breakfast could be added for extra comfort of guests who wishes to dine-in their rooms.

Lots of space in the rooms (junior suite). Although it’s in the center of a downtown area, you’ll get a real calm zone in your room. The most friendly people you can imagine. Whenever help is needed, they’re there.

Worst stay possible

T here was no indication that breakfast was not served at the establishment. The quality of the breakfast brought to your room was very average

Indicate that this is actually not Hotel and that one cannot have a decent breakfast in a dining room. Also indicate that it does not cater for dinner or any other refreshments. Traci order for me was a rip off. 700 Dirham for 15km!!!! Pillows smelt and towels really old and did not smell fresh. Overall one of the worst places I booked via Booking.com

Superb

The room was very spacious, it felt more like a apartment than a hotel. The staff was very helpful in organizing our airport shuttle and accommodating a late check out for our daughter who was on a later flight.

Exceptional

Exceptionally cleaned, I stayed in this hotel 3 years ago, and was too reluctant to book again assuming probably standard has degraded, but against all odd it is still the same standard, beautifully maintained and kept cleaned and staff are amazing. Highly recommended!

Pleasant.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the locations was central to much of the city.

There was construction going on during our stay, nothing I would blame on the hotel but it was annoying.
