Excellent location, clean, cozy for single travelers!

I love that they offered 4 fluffy pillows. The location is excellent and convenient. the bed was situated well and had a view. The staff is super friendly and really helpful

The bed was kind of too soft for my back. The space is also a bit small too and hard to unpack anything.

Good Points and Bad!

Near main train station. Fairly easy to find. Friendly check-in staff. Two vouchers for free beer at a nearly restaurant were gratefully received! (Why don’t more hotels do this?) The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The WiFi was reliable. Good A/C.

No breakfast was available. The room had no storage for clothing. I had to live out of my suitcase. The room was not cleaned once during my 3 night stay.

Good location

Location is near the train station. Many popular eateries around the hotel. There's a pepper cake opposite the hotel. The stall always have long queue. Manager n staff are super friendly n accomodative n for that we'll definitely stay in this hotel again.

The standard room is very small, not much space to put our 2 luggages. Bed is not so comfortable, u will tend to slip down fm the bed if u sit at the edge of the bed.

The location is easy to get in and out of , lots of food nearby , receptionist was nice n helpful , room was small but clean and very comfortable .

空港MRT台北駅から徒歩圏内！西門までも徒歩で楽しめました♪

MRT空港線台北駅を翌日利用するために宿泊しました。大きなスーツケースを引きずっても、地上を歩くだけで着くので身体が楽です。また西門なども徒歩でもアクセスできます！翌日早めに空港MRT線に乗るスケジュールの時は結構便利だと思います。 •ホテル目の前の大きな交差点を臨める部屋でした。台湾の風景が好きなので、ベッド上からゆったりと楽しめて最高でした！ •１階にてフリードリンクのコーヒー、紅茶など頂けてありがたいです。

お部屋がかなりコンパクトなので、出発前に荷物整理したい場合はかなり不便。ベッド上で開けるはめになると思います。

good value for location and cleanliness. would not recommend the airport shuttle.

room was kept nice and tidy. staff was friendly, location is good.

the lobby had lingering smell of smoke for the floor I was provided before entering the room. the airport shuttle was a bit expensive as well as the driver came late, and when in doing so he drove really fast.

Comfortable, convenient stay

Classy, cool decor; excellent location right by the main station. The staff brought me a personal router since the wifi wasn't working in my room.

It wasn't possible to sign up for breakfast on the night of my arrival - a leftover COVID restriction, perhaps?

Will stay again!

The room was well maintained and clean. Very thoughtful amenities such as a mini fridge, kettle and complimentary snacks. I love the shower! Even though the toilet size was small, there was adequate space in the shower area. And the location couldn't be better with many good tranport choices to Taipei Taoyuan Airport!

I remembered the Wi-Fi as being patchy.

Great for a Taipei stopover

On the Main Street and in walking distance to subway, stores and restaurants. Friendly staff, good internet connection. Complimentary water, tea and coffee in the breakfast area plus small snacks in the room.

Room distribution not ideal, especially with two suitcases. Getting into the bed was challenging. Breakfast had to be picked up at reception, breakfast area very small and dark.

Our stay in this hotel in general is good. Front desk staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly,

The room is smaller than our expectation. Location is good and convenient especially there are plentiful of food stalls to choose.

Looking forward to returning

The great but busy location. Pluses include the breakfast bentos, drink station, front desk and cleaning staff. Special mention to Orlando for his professionalism, friendly demeanor and hospitality.

There were two points that prevented a 10 rating -- the wifi was weak, could barely load websites. And the soundproofing could not stop the loud beeping of the buses below.

Happy to be back.

Busy but great location. Very convenient. This was my second stay, first return since covid. Top staff and cleaning. And very much appreciated the eco efforts and breakfast bentos, which I looked forward to being surprised daily. Special mention to Peter and the young lady (with the beautiful painted tattoos) at the front desk.

There were two points that prevented a 10 rating -- the wifi was weak, could barely load websites. And the soundproofing could not stop the loud beeping of the buses below.

Superb

there was one receptionist who really was super friendly and professional, she always had a smile for anyone and helped me out. she didn’t tell me that there was a coffee and tea station on the ground floor behind the lifts, but the next day I discovered it and enjoyed some coffee, matcha and milk tea. the room is designed well but if you have a larger than cabin size luggage open, be careful you don’t trip. there’s a tv, fridge, separate toilet and bathroom. I really liked the soft blanket as well

the AC took some time to figure out, room is small but you can see that from the photos, so it’s not a minus. lol

Helpful friendly frontdesk

Very satisfied with my single room 805 nice size for 1 person. Will totally stay here again if I ever travel alone next trip!

For light sleepers might need to use ear plug for the occasional light traffic along the main road.

Deserving of a 5-star rating.. from a very happy and satisfied guest.

Hotel's location is less than 5 minutes walk from the Taipei Main Station and plenty of food choices nearby. The room, though small, is clean, cosy and well-equipped. Staff are friendly, helpful and cheerful! I am very happy with my stay at the hotel, and will definitely be back again.

Air conditioning is a bit noisy. But as the weather was cold during my stay, it was not turned on most of the time. So not a major issue.

Very good

Well organized. Small, but still all the amenities one would expect from an excellent hotel.

Some of the box breakfasts were bland and unappetizing. Perhaps a limited choice could be avaliable.

Pleasant

- The room was very small but clean and well furnished. Basically you get what you see in pictures, without big surprises. - Free coffee machine available 24h

- Staff was not very helpful. - Really noisy because of cars, even on a 6th floor was like having car passing inside your ears at every time during the night.
