Très médiocre

Une chambre non nettoyée nous a été attribuée en 1er (absence de communication), on nous a fait changer de chambre mais la carte de la nouvelle chambre ne fonctionnait pas donc une fois qu’on sortait de la chambre, impossible d’entrer à nouveau car la carte ne fonctionnait pas. On nous a fait attendre longtemps jusqu’à ce qu’un technicien vienne. On a finalement passé que 3h30 dans la chambre et on a décidé de changer d’hôtel. Manque de communication totale entre le personnel

Avoir payé pour une chambre avec vue sur mer : Info pour Booking il n'y a pas de chambre avec vue sur mer dans cet hôtel, ne faites pas miroiter n'importe quoi à vos clients vous éviterez les insatisfactions Les odeurs pestilentielles dans les toilettes de la chambre: senteur d'égout très prononcée

Sad old hotel whose night clerk shamelessly cons small amount of money out of guests

Wifi worked ok. There was a female manager who knew what she was doing. Tolerant of me hanging out in the lobby for age after I checked out.

The hotel had an air of decay. The night clerk cheated me out of a couple of euros when I arrived late at night, and was generally unhelpful (didn't speak a word of English). The car it booked to collect me from the airport never turned up.

Breakfast was I expected something good . But it’s really disappointing only egg omelette and bread .

too expensive for what you get. don’t recommend asking the reception for a taxi, they wanted to charge 5 times more than the regular price

Helpful and good working staff makes up for all the problems of the infrastructure

-Location is far from airport but in the best area of Conakry -Wifi good -Location good -Breakfast (served) good -Water kettle in the room In general: Remember this is Africa, and one of the poorest countries with highest corruption on the world. Based on these facts the value for price is good.

-Shower needs descale -Aircondition is too weak for the heat and humidity

I really enjoyed my stay, and hope to return soon.

There were varieties of food, which was good The staff was welcoming especially the receptionists I felt at home

The location was a little bit off, the room service were not professional.

The rooftop was awesome The staff cares about guest security as they should

The breakfast is nothing as you expect from a buffet The room had many issues cracks and whole all over Cocoroaches plays around in the room by night The food service closes at 2300 The room was facing the view but came with a price of every driver honking starting 8 am Didn't have the rest I expected at such a price
