Another year of building family memories @ Rosemary 🏖️ Beach! We’ve enjoyed our family vacations at RB since our children were 3 years old, fast forward 15 years & here we are. This year was especially memorable since it’s our last Summer together before my son heads off to college. The location was a superb proximity to both the restaurants, live bands, Beaches & Pool area. My children gave it a 10🙌. Thank you for sharing your BEAUTIFUL home with us!! What a great location! We loved how close it was to town and yet it felt like we were tucked away from the crowds. It was perfect! All of the amenities were great and worked well. It was really nice having 4 functional bikes (we’ve learned that is not always the case down here). We were close to several of the community pools, but our back patio area was a great size, so we spent a lot of time out there just enjoying the sunshine and time with family. The bedrooms were spacious and we loved how each had its own large balcony area. The teen boys loved the bunk room because it felt far away from the adults, ha! It was nice to have a bathroom up on the third floor too. Everything was perfect. Another great week in Rosemary!

My best friend and I spent a long weekend in Rosemary Beach celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday. She brought her 16 year old daughter too, and we had a fantastic experience at this house. It is a beautiful home and the location was absolutely perfect. I would definitely recommend others staying here.

Family of 6 plus a friend and everyone was very comfortable! Love the 2 master suites with king beds and their own private balconies. Had a couple issues that were resolved immediately management company is first class Overall great trip and fantastic place will definitely be booking again

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this charming place. The house is beautiful with a great decorating touch, wonderful light throughout the house, and clean. The two master suites, with outdoor decks, were wonderful and enjoyed by us. While we enjoyed the house, the third bedroom (loft) does not feel like a bedroom as the bunk bed sets are small and the storage space, for clothes and suitcases, for three or four people does not really work. The house really feels more appropriate for six people because of the loft setup, with probably four adults and young teenagers (as the oldest kids). This is a great location that is close to the Sky pool, fitness center and easy access to the town center. Also, quick bike ride to several beach walkover points.

We loved our stay at this house. Perfect for families with teenagers! Location was a short walk to town and the beach. The double upstairs balconies were perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The property manager, Cheryl, was easy to work with and took care of the few needs/questions we had immediately. We would definitely stay at this property again.

This was our first time to Rosemary Beach and we would absolutely come back! The walk ability was great, the beaches are beautiful. This home was perfect for our girl's trip. The stairs going up to the bunk room would be tough for small children, but otherwise this home was great for a group.

This was a BEAUTIFUL place, clean, cozy, we all felt immediately at home here. The walk to the beach and shopping next door was just silly easy. The homeowner and property management company were a pleasure to correspond with, the area itself was just wonderful. We would absolutely be a return guests!

We love this house!!

This was our second year in a row staying in this fabulous house, and we are already ready for our third! It’s in a wonderful location, it’s equipped with everything you need, and it’s darling on top of all that. Because of the very steep nautical stairs to the third floor, I wouldn’t recommend it to people with kids younger than 10, but other than that, I’d recommend it to everyone!! We love it.

Super cute house decorated in a coastal style. The home is very clean and nicely decorated. Open concept fist floor - you can prepare a meal in the kitchen while conversing with other in the dining and living area. Nice outdoor space with bikes available. It's an easy 3 block walk to the beach. We got the beach service which made it easy. Would love to return!

This house is absolutely stunning! It was very clean. The location was perfect and walkable/bike-able to everything. Beds were very comfortable. It is so spacious! There are separate vanities & sinks in bathrooms for getting ready. The balconies are huge and perfect for sipping coffee in the morning and wine at night. We absolutely loved our time here for our annual ladies trip. We would definitely stay here again! :)

This home is beautiful and exceeded our expectations! We loved the two master suites which was perfect for two couples traveling together and the open floor plan on the main level. The architecture of the home was stunning. The home is so convenient and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. With that said, we loved the secluded feel of the property. We will definitely stay at this location again and highly recommend. The owner Cheryl was very responsive to my questions and we had zero issues during our stay. Fantastic property!

This beach house was lovely for the perfect girls weekend. The bikes were a bonus for early morning rides to the donut shop and the wagon was the extra bonus for lugging our stuff to the beach. The upstairs decks were convenient for morning coffee and a glass of wine for late evening chats. The pools we used after a day at the beach were ideal. One was like staying at a Las Vegas casino pool and the other was shaded (perfect if you has too much sun). We has a very nice weekend in this home.

Property is in a great location and we enjoyed our trip to Rosemary! The bikes and the wagon made the trip to the beach very easy and the outdoor space was very enjoyable. Cheryl was very helpful and prompt with our requests. The reason I gave it 4 stars was because the kitchen and bathrooms were dirty when we got there and I was disappointed that the 4 bunk beds are essentially unusable b/c the stairs to the 3rd floor are pretty dicey for both kids and adults.
