Comfortable Chill Spot to spend vacation

Plenty of amenities great location all the staff was friendly and helpful. When I come back to San Pedro I’ll give Emanuel a call it’s a great spot to chill!

Beautiful resort near water

The unit is located right near the water. The interior of the resort is nicely designed and maintained with palm trees, decorative plants, and swimming pool. The apartment had everything we needed, including TV, drinking water, and kitchen. It has a little terrace/porch with a table and chairs and a nice view, where it was pleasant to just chill or have a meal. It is a min walk to supermarket where you can also rent a golf cart if available. Staff were very nice and helpful. It was very easy to communicate. Emanuel gave us lots of advice and helped us to rent a golf cart. He also arranged a pick up from the ferry (free of charge). It is only about 7 min walk to the ferry, but when you first arrive with luggage it is nice to be picked up. It felt great to be taken care of. We walked to all the places in San Pedro we needed. You can either walk along water on one side or through a street on the other. We only rented a golf car to get to the Secret beach for a day. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

We liked everything but bulky pillows :-)

Great Location

I enjoyed our stay so much. Great communication from first point of contact and throughout. Room and grounds are well taken care of with the pool being the perfect temp. The view was amazing.

The street outside is so busy. I was nervous at first but quickly got over it . Nothing the resort can do.

Exceptional

Manager Emmanuel always there to help you if needed. Diveshop close nearby. Bar and restaurants many nearby. The condo kitchen well equipped. Bathroom shower good size. Lots of water pressure and hot water.

The communicating door between lower and upper condo should be eliminate and sound proof.

Easy to be relaxed.

The pier is in front of the property. It is easy to snorkeling. The kitchen equipment was good enough for us. We made coffee and enjoy the view. My son caught fish and we could cook it. The property manager, Emanuel, was easy to talk. Our flight changed and we arrived San Pedro one hour earlier, he re-arranged the taxi to pick up us.

Best location, best service, and best value in San Pedro.

The location was absolutely perfect in several ways. It was close to the bridge so it was easy to travel to Secret Beach and other locations in the north. It has a seawall so we did not have issues with the seaweed invasion. This is very significant as many other properties were not so fortunate. The location is also close to many upscale dining and entertainment establishments in San Pedro. Finally the manager, Emanuel, was very friendly and helpful with every request we made. If we return to San Pedro we are very likely to stay at this location again.

There was nothing at all unpleasant about our stay at Tradewinds Paradise Villas.

One great week to relax, enjoy the reef and explore San Pedro

The property location was fantastic, in the heart of San Pedro with lots of restaurants and beach bars in close walking distance. Emanuel took care of all our needs communication was top notch.

Great location in a very cool town providing everything you need and more.

Emanuel, the management contact was wonderful. Very friendly, attentive and helpful. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked very well. We enjoyed our balcony with a nice view of the pool and the ocean. The villa gave us great access to the beach, town and food store. Full size refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave all worked well and we really liked having those for the mornings. The villas would be great for groups to meet up for weddings or reunions.

Unit can use some updating but was very clean. Overall we were very comfortable. The Villas are very quiet with mostly old folks that seem to have been there since the beginning of time, at least the time these were built. These villas are best suited for families with small children and people that are introverts not interested in meeting new people.

The location is perfect. I love being right in the middle of town and being able to walk to anything that I would like to do or see.

There were a number of what appeared to be long term renters at the property who were not friendly and certainly didn't make us feel welcome at the property.

Great value, great location, and great view

Great location, clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff, beautiful view. Loved the location, close to many great eating spots! We appreciated that Emanuel stopped by almost daily to make sure we had everything we needed and was available when we texted him. We would like to go back in 2 yrs. if not sooner, and I will definitely check availability at Paradise Villas first!

The beds were harder than we're used to, but not so we couldn't sleep. The bath towels could have been larger; we are not small people, lol. But overall, these were very small things when considering the value and location.

Tropical getaway in a great location

Emanuel was an attentive and communicative host, and he provided several excellent recommendations to us. The double room provided separate sleeping areas for me and my husband and my brother, which was great. The pool and beach area were fantastic and we had a nice view of both from one of our rooms. Housekeeping came every other day which was perfect frequency and they offered a laundry service for free on our first use.

It would have been nice to have shampoo and conditioner provided or available.

Very good

My view from the second floor balcony in an oven view condo was so relaxing and nice. Emanuel and the staff were very accommodating . Location was great. Everything was really walkable.

Outstanding quaint place that is well located!

The location is great and you can walk to most everything within 10minutes. You should also have a golf cart for anything else. Emmanuel and the staff are great. Will definitely stay there next time we go.

We would have liked if the property had a gym. We did not see one.

I would absolutely recommend this location with the caveat that internet is only good by the pool.

the location was excellent, the view incredible, the staff was wonderful, the pool super clean and pleasant. The pier was lovely, there were two grocery stores and a bakery within a block or so. Palapa bar and grill was just down the pier and quite good. Emmanuel, the manager, was incredibly accommodating and we hope to see him next time.

Internet in our unit was not good, in fact it was pretty lousy. Beds, linens and pillows could have been better. The living room couch was not comfortable.

I hope to return in January.

Perfect location with amazing view of the ocean. Very clean and quiet, easy walk to everywhere. I have stayed at Paradise Villas in the past, but this unit is special.

Not anyone's fault, but I am still waiting to see if I can rent the same place and the one below it in January. Seems the owner is hard to reach.

The place and the service!! Emanuel and the cleaning ladies will go the extra mile to help and make sure you get what you need.

The sargassum and the smell of sargassum. The wind was also a negative. Obviously, out of their control.

Villa needs a renovation. It's Very Dusty, we removed immediately bed covers because they made us sneeze. It's not directly on the beach, It's in front of a Pier but it's full of seagrass and it's not possibile to swim there. Pool has turbid water.

awesome location, close to EVERYTHING yet quiet and removed. Emanuel was probably the BEST property manger / island host a guest could ask for! He was on point with communication before check in and during our stay. would definitely stay here again.

Well located, well managed hotel

The manager, Emmanuel, was excellent. He met me and took me to the room, was very responsive when asked for information or assistance, and coordinated the logistics for getting to the airport for four different people on four different dates. The hotel is located near a supermarket, the town without being too far into town, the beach walk and one of the best pier bars, as well as the dive operations.
