The way the staff at the Brunswick communicated with us before and during our staff was next level amazing. They were so organised and friendly. The rooms are also really gorgeous and have beautiful quality products in them from the toilet paper to the options in the mini bar.

Loved the beds, so comfy! Room was clean. Loved the outside seating area. Staff were helpful
Stayed in two bedroom room. Was great but odd layout with no seating area. Apart from outside communal seating

Great place to stay in Brunswick Heads. Slept like angels in the very, very comfortable super-king sized bed under the especially quiet ceiling fan. Can't say how much this meant to us after 2 weeks sleeping (or not) on 'queen sized' mattresses. Calm and tasteful fittings. Lots of storage for 'non-backpacker' multi-city travelers like us. Easy to find (on main road - but set back so minimal traffic noise). Short walk into the town centre and to the sea. On-site and out of hours staff very helpful. Highly recommended.
Nothing.

This motel was a great choice to stay in at Brunswick Heads. A typical 2 storey motel from the mid 20th century, it has been refurbished very tastefully in a minimalist style that is inviting and relaxing. Choice of drinks and snack food in the mini bar was also a cut above the norm. Location is great with a short walk to restaurants, cafes and pub. Nothing too much trouble for the staff.
Shade protection for the cars could be considered.

Staff were lovely and easy to deal with, the location is amazing so close in walking distance to everywhere you'd want to go in Bruns
The room wasn't great, felt a bit tired. Very small basin in bathroom. Bed was almost impossible to sleep on it was so so soft particularly on one side where it sloped downwards, really need to replace the bed.

Location was good, easy walk to shops, cafes and beach. Lots of parking on site. Beds were comfy! Nice pool, good temp and clean. Good customer service as well.
Our room was not as expected - it was down the very end of the corridor (room 209 - queen) looking over the next door neighbors backyard - they were super noisy. Tiny room, no space to put luggage. No fans in the bathroom, would suggest that as a priority given the climate. Not good value for money, we paid $570 for 2 nights (this is the price of a 4-5 star hotel in a major Australian city). I would only recommend or stay again if the price was much cheaper.

The Brunswick room I stayed in had very cool, beach decor with tasteful, quality finishes. This is an old style motel that's been given a make-over and it's very nicely done. All fittings & furnishings are lovely & the extra touches such as nice tea, quality towels & shower products are appreciated. Nice lawn, gardens & pool area. Very central to village cafes & shops.
Would be good to have a small table & chair. Otherwise, all very nice.

A “painted” and Kmart styled highway hotel/motel.
For $470 a night- it was terrible! “$470” a night view from only window was a carpark and “$470” a night bathroom didn’t even have a sink in it. Sooooo disappointingly over priced. Honestly, a disgusting price to pay for what we “got”. Very disappointed to the point of being angry about it. We know it was “peak” time but still can not fathom the near $1000 we paid for two nights outside of town. Very, very disappointing. Never written a bad review in my life but was absolutely compelled to write this to warn others. We have stayed in many $500 a night hotels in our lifetime but they were all amazing views or locations or adults only/all you can drink/eat places. The Stella was ABSOLUTELY not nearly on par with normal $450-$500 per night hotels. Not even an ironing board in the room but a Kmart “anko” hand held steamer. We ended up laughing how bad it was for how much we paid. Once again, just so very disappointed.
