This was a unique trip. I have Motor Neurone Disease and was visiting London to fulfil a lifelong ambition and complete the London Marathon. As a result of my illness I need to have a hospital bed to rest and sleep in. I hire the bed and then discuss (usually with a hotel) having the bed delivered and set up before my arrival. This of course requires the removal of the bed which is normally in the room which is a process that hotels are used to and prepared for.
This was the first time I had made this sort of trip to a privately owned apartment and the owner could not have been more accommodating or helpful. He went above and beyond to make mine and my teams (we rented both apartments) stay exactly as we needed it, allowing us to concentrate on our preparation and recovery from the race.
We successfully crossed the finish line and it was a trip of a lifetime!

Bed matresses are extremely soft

Very quick feedback whenever get questions. Also good and easy to get the key from the lock box, very convenience. When check out, just leave the key back to the lock box and ready to go!
A little bit far from train station, but still have bus available near by.

Wayne is an awesome host, ready to solve even the smallest things in no time! The flat is beautiful, comfortable, having literally everything you might need during the stay in London. Getting to the place is superb easy and having the key stored outside, you can be sure everyone gets inside even when parted during the day (if you give them the code :-D).
With the new Elizabeth line just behind (few) corner(s) the place is unexpectedly close to the city centre.
In the front bedroom time to time you can hear some noise from the street, but as the road is quite quiet at night, we didn't really mind.
4.7
Parking for car on street is very difficult, as spaces are very limited.
4.7
Easy lock box
Would have loved black out blinds

nothing it was perfect

The apartment is very pretty, comfortable, clean, well equipped. Good public transport system and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The communication with the host was fast and flawless.
Everything was perfect.

We stayed 5 nights as a 4 persons group. Had a good experience as the owners were easy to communicate with regarding the check-in and check-out procedure. They also checked in on us once to make sure everything is fine, which I considered a good host behavior. There wasn't any unnecessary pinging or anything similar I would sometimes find annoying so it's 10/10 in that category.
Bedrooms were comfortable, albeit with small beds, but chalk that one to the fact that we were a group of guys all taller than 6'2. A large closet was present.
The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans and glasses. Tea and coffee were stocked along with sugar. The dishwashing machine was available with plenty of dishwashing tablets. Microwave and a kettle are present.
The bathroom was clean and spacious. The bathtub has a comfortable showering section so you can shower standing up or if you prefer take a normal bath. Soap, body wash, shampoo and hand lotion were provided. Towels were provided in a good amount for each of the 4 guests separately.
The proximity of the West Ealing station is a huge bonus as you can quite easily arrive from Heathrow and leave for central London via the Elizabeth line. There are 2 large groceries stores close by as well as some smaller local shops. There are plenty local pubs around a short walk away from the place. Neighborhood seems nice and quiet and security vise we didn't have any issues or found the surroundings intimidating in any way.
Wi-Fi connection was spotty at best, but we didn't find that problematic too much as we had large data plans on our phones.

Apartment was great, location very good. There are lots of stores near the apartment and the train station is very close to the apartment. I would definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely loved the house. Extremely clean and spacious. Wayne was very kind and accommodating too.

Very good standard (excellent standard for London). The washing machine was a bonus!
The beds were a bit hard to my liking, but that’s a matter of taste.
Lots of air fresheners in the flat, that triggered asthma. We solved it by putting them all in the laundry room during our stay.
4.7
The apartment was exceptional, every little detail was taken care of and the amenities were perfect, good location and Martina and Wayne are great hosts who looked after every little detail for us
4.7
Modern, clean, spacious. Lovely hosts.
It is located outside the city centre, so you need to plan for around 1 hour to get to London main attractions. However, there are good bus and subway connections if you are not in a rush. We knew this before booking so not an issue in our case.
4.7
Space was good enough for a family of four
Kitchen had all the necessary equipments including water and juice in the fridge. The plates and utensils were clean.
Rooms were spacious with enough storage
Sitting room was nicely decorated with large screen TV
I would suggest cleaning the carpet in the sitting area. It has definitely seen better days.
Parking charges will have to be paid if you are planning to travel by car to the and then roam around london on public transport. We were lucky to get the free parking spots on most days and that is your pot of luck. 6pm-8am parking is free.

We have been in many apartments but this one was the best one we ever seen. Almost new apartment with new hi class furniture. Excellent communication with Wayne before arrival and during our 7 night stay by calling or WhatsApp. He was ready to help in any aspect. The 2 story ground floor apartment was excellent as I can stop my car at the door step (there are about 5 car spaces if you are lucky to get one, otherwise you need to pay for nearby parking from 8am till 6pm by cash or App). We have re-booked the same apartment for another 2 nights.
Everything was excellent but the ground floor and private entrance was the most comfortable thing for us.
Nothing.

The apartment is very quiet even though it is located close to the center of Ealing. There is a separate room for bicycles.
On Ealing Farmers' Market you will find raw milk, heritage apples from Essex, Isle of Wight tomatoes, and much more.
Very friendly hosts!
