It was a comfortable stay with all the amenities. The View from the window was stunning, we got a clear view of Mount Fuji. Some nice restaurants & cafes nearby. The convenience stores were also walking distance.
Host picked us up and dropped us at the station which was very nice of them and helped us for our commute to the station.

The staff were the highlight of our stay, picking us up from the Kawaguchiko Station and giving us advice beforehand on the best way to get there. They took us to a supermarket on the way and were very friendly the whole time. The cottage had so much space with two floors and a kitchen. The location was ideal with only a few minute walk to the lake with scenic views of Fuji san. The nearby area was gorgeous and well worth having an evening walk. I wish we had had more time there.

The staff is friendly and can adapt to last minute change, free bicycle ride, so can ride on the sunset along the kawaguchiko lake.
They provide pick up on the kawaguchiko station which helps alot.
The location is a bit hard to reach using bus, start pick up only at 09.34.
I think using car is preferable to stay here

The host were all so incredibly kind and accommodating! I went with my group of friends and we were so grateful for the rides to and from the station back to the cottage. They also drove us to the supermarket when we wanted to do a barbecue which had an additional fee for all the set up not including the food. They were incredibly punctual as well. Having the house to ourselves were great and it was in excellent condition. The view of mount fuji from the window was stunning as well and the location itself is very quiet and peaceful. They also lend you bikes for free and you can bike to the park near there that gives an even better view of fuji.
There wasn't much we didn't like to be honest haha. But if you are a person who can't fall asleep easily, there are a lot of insect sounds at night. Also you should mind how much noise you make after dark, but that isn't anything out of the ordinary for us so we didn't mind.

Nice view, convenient layout, and very clean!
The bedding was a little inadequate, and the kitchen utensils were sparse. Also it would have been nice to have a couple comfortable chairs in the house.

Free shuttle service with hosts personally picking us up at the station. They were very friendly and accommodating in regards to luggage storage and check in time. On a clear day you can even see Mount Fuji from the bedroom! Free bike hire was also a perfect touch as it gave us a chance to have a ride around the lake. Overall an excellent place to stay.

A wonderful place to stay, great location, a great size and the check in staff were very friendly. I'd highly recommend staying here.
The only thing that stopped it from being perfect were the thin walls that meant you heard every time a neighbour went up the stairs or moved a chair

The place is very clean. Perfect location near the lake, just right next to Maple Corridor, with a great view of Mt. Fuji from your window! The host is very nice, sweet and courteous. After we checked-out, she allowed us to leave and parked our car at their property for free while we continue to tour the lake area. Back patio is also amazing! Absolutely recommended. We’re definitely coming back to this place

Location - quiet, peaceful, with view of Fuji San (weather permitting). Able to walk, stroll or run along lake Kawaguchi path within minutes. Garden area for sitting out very pleasant. Walking distance (5 minutes) to one of the best museums (of Kimono) in the world.
On rainy days a comfortable seat/chair would be useful, but otherwise superb.

The place is clean and cosy. Near to the lake which has a great view of mount Fuji.
The wall is a little thin. The view of mount Fuji from the apartment is being blocked by the building in front.
