Minha reserva era de um quarto e banheiro privado e quando cheguei não tinha e o recepcionista me cobrou por o quarto privado e me disse que no outro dia me daria, fiquei três dias esperando, pedindo minha devolução e só me enrolavam.

Bom custo-benefício

O hostel é realmente bastante cômodo para quem tem uma longa conexão no aeroporto de Guarulhos e quer descansar em um local barato e próximo. Há boas opções de transporte e alimentação nas proximidades.

Fiquei em um quarto compartilhado e os hóspedes não respeitavam muito regras básicas de boa convivência como questão de som, conversa em voz alta dentro do quarto. Não é responsabilidade do hostel, mas é bom lembrar aos hóspedes do quarto compartilhado que é preciso prezar pelo ambiente.

Para ficar umas horas vai, se for ficar muito tempo eu repensarem.

Só da região. Hotel poderia cobrar mais barato, velho e não estava muito limpo.

Sair do local o mais rápido possível.

O quarto foi compartilhado, com um pessoal que não respeitava o próximo muito barulho no quarto, o local ao invés de disponibilizar o cadeado para colocar no Armário, eles vendiam ou seja seus materiais pessoais ficavam sem segurança alguma. Tinha vez que o pessoal da limpeza entrava no quarto e começava a limpeza, o pessoal da acomodação começaram a fazer manutenção no ar- condicionado que fica praticamente em cima de mim . Ou seja achei uma falta de respeito dos colaboradores. Fiquei extremamente desconfortável. Só não pedi reembolso pq nem vale a pena e podem verificar que minha saída foi bem rápida. Pois, eu não estava muito incomodando. Pretendo retornar para esse hostel nunca mais na minha vida . Pior experiência.

O barato saiu caro

Localização próxima a comércios.

Cheguei por volta das 20h e o ar condicionado estava sendo instalado. Até que a instalação fosse concluída passei muito calor no quarto. Colchão fino, desconfortável. Eu pretendia descansar pro voo de madrugada. Não tem estacionamento, ao contrário do que informa o anúncio.

The environment was bad

I felt very unsafe with the people in the room. The people in the room looked like gang members and were listening to videos on Instagram with phone speakers at 12 while walking shirtless and shouting. The bathroom was not clean. The sheets were looking unclean.

Great value and excellent location near airport/metro station.

Location was great, near the metro station. There was a full kitchen with refrigerator and microwave plus terrace on the roof. Room was simple but comfortable, and great value for the price. We were even allowed an early check-in.

Bar soap but no shampoo provided. No elevator for large luggage. No breakfast option available, though some nearby food places were recommended. English speaking ability of staff was fair.

I want to say a very big thank you to all the staff they did a wonderful things to me which I couldn't expect I misplaced my phone on day back to Nigeria and I went back there and they saw my phone peacefully I want to say a very big thank you to all the staff working there they understand the people despite the fact that you don't speak English they speak Portuguese but they will interact with you good and clearly appreciate all their staff's they are well done and well good job I thank you all enjoyed my stay in Brazil

Exceptional

Conveniently located just 15 min driving from the airport. We had 20 hours layover in San Paulo and we needed a place to take shower and rest. Airport Hostel was able to fulfill all our needs. Downstairs was a small cafe with a bbq stall chorizo there were amazing and affordable.
