Everything, the layout of the house works very well with a group. Everybody has their own bathroom and lots of privacy.
We had solar batteries beeping throughout the weekend, very annoying! We reported it but unfortunetly they could not come to fix it over the weekend!

The house was large and great views.
We had no hot water on one dwelling as well as no toilet seat.
Some of the dishes ans cutlery was dirty.

A stunning house. Enough rooms and private bathrooms for a large group. The pool and animals entertained the kids. Great family destination.

The house is even more beautiful in person than the pictures. Very well appointed and extremely comfortable. The multiple fireplaces were a welcome treat in winter.

Gorgeous location! Isolated from any other properties. House is wonderful and spacious, much better than the pics suggest!

That it is so secluded and well placed between the bush. I would most definitely like to return to kukamas for another break-away as soon as possible!

Lay-out, and the location

Great ambience and enough space for everyone.
Cleaner doesn't clean rooms on weekends ie no dressing of beds or cleaning bathrooms. Only kitchen and living area was cleaned.
The helper was still cleaning on checkin which is not ideal.

The natural atmosphere, when nyalas and warthog came to the house to pay a visit. The house maid Johanna, she is just a jewel, lady and a half.
Just a proposal, to provide some complementary tea and coffee packs
