An immaculate tastefully decorated large apartment giving us plenty of space as a family. The huge balcony was fabulous

Immaculate and comfortable apartment with every facility. The apartment was very spacious and tastefully decorated . I enjoyed sitting on the large balcony every day

We had a wonderful 4 days in Chania.

Peter met with us and explained everything that we needed to know. He suggested places to eat, places to visit and local restaurants and bars.

Excellent stay in a lovely town with lots to explore both in the town and around.

Lovely host. Very helpful booklets with suggestions of trips restaurants etc. Full details of how everything worked . Great location and everything within a 25 min walk and many places closer.

Exceptional

Niki's was absolutely great. We stayed for four weeks in the Urban apartment. Clean, good quality decorations, bed is great, kitchen has what you need. Very spacious and nice balcony. Elevator, small but in good condition. On site parking is a big plus, because the roads are quite full. The building as a whole is very well maintained, marble flooring and clean. 20 min walk to center, 5-10 minutes to the sea. Surroundings are urban and mostly quiet at night, we slept very well. Good bakery and good coffee shop around the corner, gym at 10 min walk. Larger supermarket at 5 min walk. Good location to get out of the city and to get to the 'highway' to go on a trip. The hosts are absolutely amazing and will be there for your any request. Although you may not need it because there is a elaborate guestbook provided with tips and recommendations. Thanks Peter and Niki for the great time and memories. Wish you all the best. Tot ziens!

Great apartment with lots of space, a big TV and comfy couch to relax on after a long day out sightseeing or hiking. Close to the old town and parking included. Kitchen had great appliances, even a fridge water filter and ice maker. Appreciated that laundry and dishwasher detergent was left for us. Bathroom was a great size. Peter met with us to go over everything and left us with binders with all the appliance instructions as well as restaurant and day activity suggestions along with corresponding maps. Fresh fruit and other treats were provided on arrival. Awesome.

We couldn’t have wished for better accommodation or hosts.

Everything. The apartment is extremely high spec and deserves its name as a luxury apartment. Marble floors, stylish modern decor and furniture, as well as top of the range appliances in the kitchen. We were in the Executive apartment which benefited from a large sunny balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture. The apartment was very light and airy. Air con functions as heating on the chillier days. Excellent Wi-Fi and even a printer provided. What makes this apartment even more special is the warmest of welcomes from Niki and her son Peter who met us on arrival in spite of the very late hour. Niki had baked traditional Cretan pastries which were still warm and delicious. We were also provided with fruit, coffee, raki and chocolate, all of which was greatly appreciated. Peter has produced a comprehensive folder of advice and suggestions that really enhanced our stay. Throughout our stay Peter and his mum took an interest in what we had seen and done and both are exceptionally friendly. The best apartment we have ever stayed in. Thank you.

Nothing except be prepared for a 25 minute walk to the harbour or use a taxi.

perfect place, really comfortable, spacious and super super clean. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and it seems that the owners did not spare on small things to make this accommodation so attractive and convenient. location is great if you’re having a car and parking included is a great bonus. Peter and his mom were wonderful hosts, kind, professional and accommodating. perfect stay! thank you

Ideal for family or group of couples/friends

The apartment was very well decorated clean and in very good condition. Interior Design of high spec. Also very convenient location about 15mins walk from the city centre. Parking available just outside the property.

This place is so beautiful and comfortable. You will feel yourself at home. It is very well designed and clean. The host ist very nice. He gave us some amazing local tips, which as a tourist we appreciated it alot. At one of this suggested locations i proposed to my girlfriend :) The city of Chania is also a very beautiful city on Crete and in my opinion it is a must see.

The perfect home away from home

I cannot fault this apartment. The decor and furnishings are top notch and really show the thought and care that has gone into the design of the apartment. The veranda overlooking them lemon trees was my favourite space to go to in the morning. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedroom as are extremely comfortable with black out shutters if needed. The apartment is clean, comfortable and has a modern, high quality design. The thing that really made our trip was Peter’s hospitality. He was on hand when needed and gave us a warm welcome (with freshly cooked barbecue as it was a special occasion) when we arrived and he and his mum saw us off on our last day. The attention to detail that has gone into the guide book that he has prepared for guests is excellent and really helped us to plan our trip from supermarket trips, to meals and activities. We’ll definitely be back. The location is in a quieter part of Chania town and is ideal for getting into the centre of town, to beaches and the main tourist attractions and activities. It helps to have a car if you want to explore more.

Fab service and wonderful helpful hosts.

Loved the little extras provided by Peter and family including chocolates and those amazing spinach and Feta pies - delicious and so thoughtful. We would not hesitate to return and thank you for helping us to enjoy all Chania has to offer.

Everything was fantastic from the moment we met Peter and Niki. The apartment has a cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, fllat screen TV etc. Treats like authentic little chocolates, fresh fruit and raki on arrival. Spotlessly clean. We would highly recommend to book this apartment because you won't be disappointed. Peter has a book with recommendations for eating out, supermarkets, trips etc. Niki and Peter really love want they do and it's reflected in the apartment and the wonderful greeting you get if you see them during your holiday. We were 3 friends and we spent 4 nights at the Urban Apartment. The stay was really nice as the apartment has a lot of space (big sofa, 2 rooms and terrace) and everything you need to make your holidays easier: dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Peter, the host, was really nice and he welcomed us with a big brochure with lot of info and water, some fruits and sweets. You can also parking for free in the building. To get to the center you need a 20 minutes walking approx.

Amazing stay

The apartment was phenomenal!!! It was modern, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The owner was friendly and gave plenty of information of the nearby area (great recommendations for restaurants) It wasn’t too far from the restaurants/bars and if you were tired you can take a €5 taxi back after a long day.

Fantastic stay, excellent hosts, highly recommended. The apartment was very very spacious, super clean, with many amenities and immense interior design. Would stay again without even thinking about it. Exceptional hospitality by the owners.
