Very good

Very good location, you can directly ski in and out. When something was missing from the kitchen, the staff reacted quickly and brought it to us.

The smaller bedroom was really small and beds a bit shorter than normally. Works well for kids but could be challenging for very tall people. The bed in the master bedroom was really soft.

Pleasant

It was really easy to get the keys, in a keylock. The house was near to the skiing place, beautiful views, and calm. There was sauna. The kitchen is upstairs, but no problem.

There are no sheets neither towels, you have to pay for them, but it is said before you go and they give you them for 15E person. So the place rent is not that cheap if you need them. The sofa-bed is very small and uncomfortable, and the big bed, was ok, but too soft. And the house in general is like not too good or clever designed.

Bedroom bed a bit too soft, but just an opinion. Somewhat cramped.

Lovely cabin. Excellent location.

Comfortable and beautiful cabin. Breath-taking views from the windows. Excellent location. Just steps from the ski lift. A 400 m from the supermarket and central Rovaneimi. And steps away from the entrance of the hiking trail. Enough space for 5 pax.

The steps. The bathroom is on the 1st floor, kitchen, living and main bedroom on the 2nd floor.

Note! the bed linen is not included in the price. We had paid extra, but even then upon arrival, the linen wasn't there, so we had to make late calls and ask the hosts to bring it.

Location is superb. The place was clean and nice, sauna was a big plus. It was good for its price.

Horrible customer experience

Very nice location

After our arrival we have called the owner. There was a clear instruction to take one of the apartment. Everything was all right, we went for some shopping and then ... the owner called us that we have chosen wrong apartment :-/ OK. That's not so big problem but when we come back ALL our staff was outside in one mixed in one stack. Please allow me not to comment this any more....

Nice place. Cloth drier. Good main bedroom.

It was hot inside and windows were closed and cloud not be opened. Children gates for the stairs were broken. Missing lights in the kichen. Some handles broken. Sofa bed broken.
