No muy buena experiencia

La ubicación y la limpieza

La dueña no respetó para nada las condiciones del hospedaje, desde la forma de pago hasta la hora de entrada todo fueron problemas. La comunicación fue difícil y pesada. No lo recomiendo

El piso en general esta bien a excepción de la cocina que es pequeña y cuesta cocinar en ella. Cuenta con garaje gratuito en una zona donde todo el aparcamiento es de pago. Tuve un problema con la emisión de la factura pero la anfitriona se mostro proactiva en solucionarlo

A la hora de reservar insistí en que necesitaba factura porque viajaba por trabajo, no fue hasta el último día que la anfitriona me dijo que no podía emitir factura, ahora toca pelear con la empresa para que me paguen el gasto. La fianza tardo más de los esperado en ser reembolsada.

Un apartamiento muy confortable

La ubicacion esta muy buena, el apartamento confortable y grande, con todos los productos basicos

El aparcamiento no esta en el edificio, no esta tampoco muy lejons pero eso no estaba escrito en la descripcion. La comunication con la anfiltrona era un poco dificil y pesada, pero al final todo salió bien. Se puede escuchar muchissimo los voces de los vecinos, para que los sepan las personas con sueno ligero.

Great family-weekend in Bilbao!

Asunción was a wonderful host. Coordination via Whatsapp was excellent and she gave us information about the sights in Bilbao. One of the highlights: a wonderful garage nearby. All in all we very much enjoyed the stay :-)

The kitchen could be a little bit bigger (the bathroom a little smaller ;-) but it had everything to prepare some basic meals. Bilbao however, is not the place where you should be cooking at home too much, since restaurants are excellent!

location - first impression - not too good, but finally, when we first went downtown and back, getting know the way - much better 1 bedroom for two, 2 bedrooms each for one and a living room a good place to stay 2-3 nights to visit Bilbao

Parking place... ohmygod, so narrow, winding slope... I did it, got there, down and up, 3 levels, but with terror in my eyes ;-), in another building, a couple of minutes from the apartment Small kitchen, no place to prepare the food, but equipped well

Asuncion and her partner were helpful and accomodating. Partner having waited outside upon our

Communicated with Asuncion via WhatsApp and updated each other of our arrival and departure time. They were waiting for us as planned and check out instructions were also communicated through Whatsapp, time agreed, handing of keys etc. Kitchen is tiny but the large bathroom/toilet made up for it! Could do with more boardgames/books to keep our children entertained. We enjoyed our stay exploring the area around Guggenheim museum and park beside it. We drove all the way to Donostia San sebastian (an hour's drive from Bilbao) and spent all day swimming in the lovely beach 🏖☀️

Car park needs to be clarified that it is off site and is difficult to find, however, they have very kindly accompanied my husband on request and showed him the parking area. Thank you.

Three days in Bilbao

A part from the small problem at the check in, the apartment is perfect. It is very big and clean, the bathroom and kitchen are complete of all the stuffs needed. The position is quite good, you can reach the famous museum of Guggenheim in 10 minutes by walking. The host was nice and she didn't ask for the deposit. She also gave us a card for discounts for the metro. I really suggest the accommodation

Through booking, we asked for the possibility of having an anticipated check in (from 9 to 10 am) and it was accepted by the host. However, the day before she said she confused am with pm and she couldn't guarantee it anymore. We arrived at 12 and we called three times the host and she didn't answer so we had to review our plans. We got the keys at 3 pm.
