Rooms and pool are stunning. Not the prettiest of hotels on arrival but would still return for sure.

The pool area was stunning and the bed and pillows SO comfortable.

The changing facilities when we checked out - dark, underground, no air-con and no shower gel in the holders in both showers.

Relaxing with amazing breakfast!

Breakfast was fantastic Attentive staff at entrance for luggage and car service. Great pool staff. Room was lovely. Housekeeping very attentive. Lots of choice of beautiful outdoor areas

Pool bar is a little expensive Location needs a car or taxi to go down to Villamoura or QDL When checking in the staff were nearly over attentive. While the girl was checking us in a man was over trying to take our luggage to a room we didn’t even have yet and a second man behind reception came over and told us all the same things the lady had just told us at reception.

It's fine but wouldn't stay here again

Good size room with comfy beds. Good gym. Breakfast staff very friendly and a great selection of food. Front of house staff at check in were very friendly and this was an easy process.

It was fine but certainly not a 5 star resort. For the room cleaning it just seemed like a very quick once over and sometimes towels and amenities like shower gel (empty) were not replaced. One time we were still in the room in the morning when the cleaner arrived and asked them to come back later (left shortly after) and by 5pm it had still not been cleaned. Asked for the broken hairdryer to be replaced but it never was. Pool staff were not over friendly and sometimes it was a very long wait for drinks to arrive (15-20 mins - it was busy, but not excessively so). More guests than pool loungers available. Hotel layout was confusing and easy to get lost. Quite expensive to stay here, and then had to pay €25 if you wanted to use the indoor pool/sauna - seems excessive. If this was advertised as a 3/4 star resort then I probably wouldnt have written this much, but little things you would expect from a 5 star resort were missing.

Has potential but not great

Staff were excellent.

Only 2 restaurants and very limited menus. Also very expensive for the quality. Spa massage was good but had to listen to cangoing and building works for the whole duration of my massage and still charge £120. Spa pool also very very cold. We left Pool was lovely till the last day when a very large wedding party arrived and took over most of the beautiful pool. Had the listen to lots of swearing and people shouting and whistling to each other. Not relaxing.

Maravilhoso

Adorei o quarto, a cama era muito confortável. O pequeno almoço era incrível, muito variado. A zona da piscina foi a nossa zona favorita. Muito calmo, bem arranjada, temperatura boa da água e o staff muito prestável. As bebidas do bar foram muito bem feitas

Too expensive for what it is

The space of the room and the service into it. The pool for adults only.

It is too far away from the seaside, the restaurant for the breakfast is too small outside and there i snot enough shadow, The inside spaces are not as per a 5 star hotel, The dinner closed too early. It is too expensive for the price we paid.

Uma boa estadia que serviu o objetivo principal: descansar.

Resort grande e muito confortável. Excelente quarto e um bom pequeno-almoço. Funcionários muito prestativos e simpáticos. Boas piscinas. Local muito sossegado.

Falta de animação noturna. Spa fechado ( em obras ). Candeeiros das mesas de cabeceira, simultâneos e ligados ao do teto ??!!??

Um pequeno almoço superlativo, com uma qualidade que nunca antes ví! Quarto enorme e agradável.

Sistema casting na TV nao funcionava, uma pena! A wifi também deixou de funcionar pelas 21 horas e, ao momento de fazer o check-out continuava sem internet!

Very pleasant & easy to relax in. Would have helped if pool bars were open a bit later in the day/early evening.

The ‘open plan’ style of room-very un relaxing being on show in the shower or bath! Space could’ve been used far better.

Absolutely fabulous property. Great facilities. Spotlessly clean. Pool was the perfect temperature and great to have separate adult and family pools for total chill time.

The only thing they could do nothing about was the flies. Lots of them when eating your dinner / by the pool. The only thing that stopped me giving the hotel 10/10.

Not bad but expected better

The property itself is very nice, good breakfast, amazing pool and spa and a lovely bar

Our first room did not have a working AC, we switched rooms and the other room’s sink would not drain and the AC still was not good. Tried to contact reception and called over 10 times and no one picked up. Had to just suck it up

The property is stunning! Has a wide range of restaurant options, super clean and the lobby has a great view of the pool area.

Our room exceeded our expectations, the room type we chose was a standard room, but it felt like a suite. The walk in wardrobe and sofa area outside was amazing. The asian fusion restaurant is incredible.

There didn't seem to be enough staff members, especially around the front desk, and as a result of that the service levels dropped.

Gym - lack of air con and range of equipment. Gym room itself is a good size and has real potential but so much equipment lacking (needs kettlebells, sand bags, some upper body machines, battle ropes).

Comfortable and clean rooms. Staff extremely friendly. Asian fusion restaurant is incredible as well as the new bar area which had just opened during our stay - best mojito and extensive gin library. Views of golf course.

Everything was perfect! super friendly staff, amazing spa, delicious breakfast, a shuttle bus provided to Vilamoura Marina.. and more. I have traveled with my sister this time and I will definitely be back soon with my daughter and partner.
