Food, facilities, cleanliness, staff, evening show, all is good! Definitely recommend and come back again next year (hopefully)!
The oval pool (near pool bar and near main restaurants) was not very clean, lots of people and lots of small things (like grass and hair) in the water, and because of that the water was not crystal clear. We didn't like it and mostly stayed at the other pool.

The food was absolutely fantastic, with lots of options. The location with the bus stop right outside of the hotel is very handy, with a 20 minute bus journey to either Side or Manavgat costing less than £1 each way.
The staff were very friendly and some recognised us from earlier this year. Nothing was too much trouble, they went above and beyond for us. Housekeeping are amazing, the rooms are spotless, a daily bottle of water was provided in the fridge in the room.
We were the only English/Dutch couple, which it was mainly Germans and Russians it was incredibly difficult to communicate with reception and guest relations to get information about day trips.
At one point the receptionist suggested I would speak Russian because I am from Holland?!
The animation team didn't speak English and didnt include us when providing information, and it really felt like they didn't want anything to do with us. Felt very isolated, and stuck out like a sore thumb. After coming back within 4 months for another week, we expected to feel more welcome and included.

The food was good. Actually it was excellent. And the staff in the restaurant was very nice.
The first day they tried putting part of our group /three adults/ into a double economy room because they didnt have available triple standard room that we booked. Why?
We ended up switching up rooms with them and spend one night in that tiny double room with the baby crib with literally 20cm of room between the baby bed and our bed. On the next day front desk promised to move us into the room we booked. We went there at 9am - not ready. Finally in the afternoon they gave us the room THAT WE BOOKED. Why is this so hard?
So for me the first two days were terrible, moving luggage around and frustrating around this. I told them I am not paying the fee for standard room for the first night that we spend in that tiny /economy room, that booking doesnt even sell/. They told me the difference is 2euro and they can refund me 10 euro and a safe. After I told them this is not good user experience they offered one additional dinner in their restaurant next to the beach. We didnt use it.
Now into the new room, we put the baby to sleep and the cleaning lady brings a card saying ' we wish you a speedy recovery '. Weird. Probably the previous occupants were sick.
Two days later we get sick as well, probably from the previous occupants or from the lack of any covid measures in the restaurant. I will leave you to decide, we havent been anywhere else outside of the hotel or the hotel beach.
Overall, this hotel needs major renovation and upgrade. It also needs at least some kind of measures. At least make your customer put on a glove when they are picking up the food.

Superb food, location, facilities
Some of the stuff was not willing to help, but some of them were extremely helpful.
In some days the cleaning in the room was not very good, but we understood they it dependent on stuff, some ladies did the job very well

Good all inclusive. There is a lot of facilities applied for it ranging from a big main restaurant to bars near pools and the beach. Tasty food with some new meals everyday. Alcohol drinks are good and not diluted (saw in some reviews that one can face this in some turkish hotels). Ala carte restaurant which can be visited one time free is served with fish and it was delicious. Staff is friendly and ready to help. Proximity to the beach (5 minutes by foot or 1 min by shuttle). The private beach is quite good and its size is enough for the whole hotel - whenever we came there were a few free sunbeds. The hotel's territory is big with four swimming pools, amphitheater and wellness zone. Given distribution of languages which we heard, the main guests are Germans and Russians. Animation is more children-oriented that is common for family hotels. In general, I'd say it is a very good hotel ideal for families with kids for calm and peaceful vacation with nice all inclusive.
No an iron can be provided - only charged option. Bath accessories is presented by one dispenser serving both as shampoo and shower gel. After a couple of showers, hair became a bit stiff. So, we bought shampoo in the nearest shop. While the hotel is located in proximity to the beach, other facilities like shopping places are located relatively far. Seemingly, the hotel personnel is more German-speaking and using English might be not helpful in some cases (but gestures can always help). A room looks a bit not fresh and maybe needs a small renovation. However, all mentioned remarks didn't make our vacation bad and we are glad that chose this hotel.

restaurant and foods are amazing, the restaurant and bar stuff are also very friendly.
- no internet at the rooms, only in the some common areas but the quality is very bad.
- reception employee is racist, very unfriendly and no experience with booking.com, they would ask for double payment and blame you to tell a lie if you say you had already paid! When you inform the higher management they don’t even care anyway.
- don’t go there if you’re not german or russian, you’d feel bad and ignored.

Very friendly staff.
Amazing variety and quality of food offering.
Some staff including management spoke very little to no english, making it feel very German orientated.

I have been in many All Inclusive hotels, and the restaurants can be very unorganised, and there appears to be little care over the food prep, I'm not sure if it was because it was late in the season and the hotel was less busy, but the food was always presented well, and the choice was good.
Unsure if this is because it was late October/Early November, but the water in each of the swimming pools were absolutely freezing!!
The water slides on site are only open from 10am-12pm, and again from 2pm to 4:30pm - giving the kids pretty limited time to enjoy the slides
