Mild weather through the winter months. 65-70 degrees in November-February is not unusual. Family beach and area. Wide sandy private beach.

We had the best time! PJ is very responsive and made sure the entire process was hassle-free. Everything about the place was perfect. It’s very cozy, short walk to the beach, amazing view from the deck, and close to shops and food. The condo was stocked with everything you need for a great day at the beach as well. It felt like home away from home! Highly recommended from a family of 5.

We loved staying at this lovely, bright and clean condo! The hubs and I loved sitting on the third floor deck that has an ocean view. We loved being a short walk to the beach and the beauty of the property. We will be back for sure!

This condo was absolutely great!!! Everything was exactly as explained in the listing. Very nice,neat and clean and we were welcomed and in contact with the owner. Couldn't have asked for anything better..short distance to everything from fishing at the pier to the beach to shopping or restaurants. Checkin/out was extremely easy and the condo was very organized. Very quiet and relaxing and we cant wait to go back🙂

Property was clean and for most part accurate with the information from online. Few issues that we encountered that prevent us to give all 5’s. First, when we got to the apartment the temperature inside the apartment was 80 degrees. After lowering the temperature it did not dropped. After calling the property manager and going through some instructions, she instructed us to open the doors and windows to get the temperature down. By 8:00pm after coming back from dinner the temperature was still at 80 degrees. Second, the some drapes from the sliding doors were missing and a whole window in the dinner room was missing completely. The drapes in the main room, lets just said, i was able to see the next building neighbor watching the baseball game even with the drapes down. There were no privacy. So we slept with windows opened to get the apartment cool and with little privacy. Third, it would have been nice to know that both showers were 2x3. I’m not a huge guy but even at 250lb was extremely hard to take a shower, as I couldn’t bend over. Few cosmetics issues that prevented us to have an awesome experience with this property.

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay. Great location with plenty of places to eat a short dive away. The beach is a few steps away and really nice. Great views from the deck and front porch !

Love Pier Point! The views are amazing. We were able to see dolphins a couple days. Condo was wonderful, has everything you need! Look forward to going back in the near future!

We were all in our 60’s and the third floor was rough LOL, but that was no one’s fault!! Thanks again so much!!

This was a really nice property that worked well for our family (kids ages 7-13). Close to the beach and great upper deck for enjoying the views. We loved the volleyball court behind the property and in the summer the pool would have been great. Overall very happy with our stay!

The views from both balconies, both pools, BBQing, spectacular sunrises and beautiful moonlit walls on the beach. Rented surf boards for the week, bike rides, great aquarium, ice cream days and of coarse the fish hut!!

The condo was beautiful and clean. Just a short walk to the beach. 3rd floor deck with ocean view. Perfect for a girls weekend or a small family getaway. I would love to go back anytime. We stayed in early May, so Emerald Isle wasn't crowded. It made for an easy, relaxing and so enjoyable getaway for my friend and I. Thank you!

PJ is very responsive. Condo is very clean, comfortable, and well furnished. Great beach access in the community. With the longer winter evenings, I could have used stronger reading lamps in the living room and bedroom. Great location for activities - easy access to nature trails at Cedar Point and Fort Macon, and close to NC Aquarium. About halfway between retail / restaurant areas in Emerald Isle and Indian Beach. Overall a wonderful time away before the new year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very clean condo. Communication was easy and friendly, and getting to the beach was a pretty straightforward walk down the stairs and across a parking lot. Though some items like the pillows and camping chairs were quite well worn and on their last legs, the condo was provided with all the basics needed for a long weekend stay, and we had no complaints.

Great location, only it was on 3rd floor and difficult for me to carry everything upstairs. My friend is handicapped. Being in our 60’s it was beautiful but stairs only complaint.

So close to the beach! The location was perfect! Three flights of stairs isn’t bad at all except for loading luggage on first and last day:) Lots of fun and had everything we need! PJ was quick to answer any questions!
