We like the ocean view of this apartment b

The breath taking ocean view from 29th floor balcony. Many restaurants and food stalls within walking distant

The strong odor inside the apartment probably from the dampness and moisture trap in a closed tight room for a long period, and some kind of insect bite we got. Since we had a late arrival 9:30 pm, we received an email from the host in the morning and an other one in the evening asking for our what'App number which we didn't have. We couldn't contact the host by phone (phone number not in service) or email the host ( my device had no internet connection). Fortunately the security person helped us to get in touch with the host and we finally checked in by 11 pm. We just wanted to rest and not to complain or bother calling anyone at such late hour.

Pleasant stay

- The host is very responsive. Very detailed instructions were given by the host before the stay - The bedsheet and mattress are very comfortable! - Washing machine and detergent are provided with pleasant drying space - the water heater was easy to manoeuvre

- The clock in the living room ran out of battery - it will be awesome if toothbrush set and tissue box are provided

Love i rate 4.5/5. Nice view and clean!! Parking a lil bit challenging as it small space but overall good!

Clean! Super comfy for 3 of us! Complete set of plate, fork spoon pot and electric stove. Bonus! Washing machine with dryer!!! Can bring less clothes

Strategic location. Clean room and toilet. Functional small kitchen with full equipment. Clear self check in instruction from owner. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back for my next Penang trip.

Nice apartment on Penang Island

The studio is on the 29th floor (almost the top floor!) with a great view of Penang bridge and over towards old town. The studio had absolutely everything we needed to stay here for 5 nights (kitchen utensils, washing powder, shower gel, iron, washing machine, clothes hangers - you name it!). The studio was impeccably clean. The bedroom has huge windows, bringing in lots of natural light, especially morning sunlight. We enjoyed the small balcony too. The building has a good swimming pool, gym and table tennis room. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Georgetown. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to our messages. He also provided clear instructions for an easy check in.

It's not really walkable distance to the old town. This wasn't too much of a problem as grab is very accessible :)

loved our visit and would stay here again.

we loved the view and the suite! the staff were most attentive to our needs. the sheets were clean, bathroom was clean and up to date. kitchen was well supplied and accommodating for long visits (we were here for 3 weeks). we LOVED having a water filter and avoided the use of plastic water bottles. our cleaning service was good ( came in about 4 times during our visit). the pool, gym, reading room and public ping pong table were nice (although only 2 lounge chairs). the suite is a grab 15 minute drive away from the city center. the local area is wonderful: lots of restaurants, hawker stands and grocery stores. there is also a local outdoor market where we shopped for fruit and met several lovely vendors.

the living room couch was too soft and uncomfortable. if only staying a short time it wouldn’t matter but we spent a long time in the condo and it became uncomfortable.

great stay up high in penang!

great kitchen facilities, comfy bed, great bathroom. clean and super nice to be able to cook at home. pool was so nice!

my partner felt super anxious about this apartment being so high up (29th floor!) so that was hard for him. I enjoyed it, had such good facilities! location wasn’t ideal but bus was all good

It was a good stay. The place was quiet, no disturbance.

the location was alright. The Perak Road market was nearby and food shops were easily accessible

It would have been better if fans were installed in the unit. after a time, the air con was very cold and had to be switched off. A fan would have helped to circulate the air. It was very warm in the bedroom.

30 minute taxi to airport. Very clean. Nice tv and fast free internet. Great aircon and lots of amenities (kitchen, laundry, gym, steam room / pool, etc.)

Check-in was a little slow but the security was very helpful, hot water in room shower was a bit mild, everything else was absolutely perfect!!! Very clean and fresh bed / towel. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. 5 out of 5 (nearly perfect)
