So close to sanctuary

Very close to Sta Maria Delle Grazie and sanctuary. Just round the corner for the bus station to various localities. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast included. We were allotted a room on arrival even though we arrived earlier than check-in time. We were allowed to keep luggage at the hotel on last day for free. Will stay at property again on our next visit.

Good hotel in San Giovanni Rotondo

This is a comfortable hotel with good room facilities and very close to the bus station and the Basilica Santa Maria delle Grazie (San Pio Shrine).

The hotel does not have an elevator and breakfast is limited to some pastries.

Clean facility with great location

Location excellent. Parking was down the hill and hard to explain where it was and hard to find. They need a map. Room was clean but definitely euro style. Restaurant was overpriced for what you got.

Wonderful place

Fantastic location. The sanctuary and the Stations of the Cross are approximately 150 meters from the hotel. Besides, on the same level there is the Old Town, which is also worth visiting. The room was new, modern and tastefully decorated. All amenities worked flawlessly. Good breakfast. Very kind owners. And most importantly, we didn't have any problems with the car. There is a place under the hotel to stop for a while and leave your luggage, and then the owners take the car to a large private parking lot, locked for the night.

The staff were wonderful but the room itself was uncomfortable and no elevator for a three story hotel.

It’s close to the father pio church

the rooms were very hot and uncomfortable there were no ventilation further more their were no elevator going to the third floor

Hotel is very near to main bus station and Padre Pio church few steps only , I had dinner it was nice the lady who is at the receptionist is kind and helpful, room was super clean

I got my room in the second floor I had hard time since there is no lift I had to carry my baggage’s to up myself, they should provide help with one of staff to take baggage up

The lady at the reception was super nice, the location to see Padre Pio sanctuary is just perfect, there was parking included in the stay, overall cleaning was good.

The bathroom was very small and regularly flooding after showers, the cleaning lady entered our room early in the morning (before 9 a.m.) to clean when we were still asleep, breakfast only included empty cornettos while they keep the good ones for the clients of the bar, would have been nice to receive the same treatment

Perfect

Impressively close to St Padre Pio's shrine. Extremely clean and tidy. Free private parking on site. Hosts are very kind and professional. Great breakfast.
