Excelente lugar para hospedarse y disfrutar!

Las instalaciones son increíbles, el personal te hace sentir como en casa y el buffet en el desayuno es exquisito. No me llevo más que gratos recuerdos en este hotel y si pudiera darle una puntuación 1000/10, con mucho gusto lo haría. Este tipo de servicio y atencion se siente como de un hotel resort lujoso. Recomiendo totalmente este hotel para que queden igual de maravillados que nosotros.

El precio no justifica lo que brinda. Esperaba un poco más.

El ropero. Toallas limitadas, solo salía agua caliente. No había agua fría. Veladores viejos, ropero viejos. Instalaciones eléctricas expuestas.

Good place to stay

The location and the breakfast included

Elevator was NOT working the first of couple days and my mom an 85year old woman was not able to go to the top floor where was the restaurant or to go to the street level either. This elevator was fixed on Saturday night

Very good

The location was really good and it was very easy to get around by foot. The room was fine, it was more of a box room (we didn't get the balcony like we paid for). The staff were very nice and helpful and the food there was good also.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable and we didn't get the balcony we paid for.

Good location, very nice and helpful staff, little noisy but the room was nice, clean with comfy bed

I don't normally have breakfast, the juices and the coffee was nice and there was a really good selection of food.

The noise from the street was expected but there was really loud music playing until late at night.

Location was ok. The lady who served me at the restaurant was terrifc as well as the man who helped me with my luggage.

fair for the price depending on what’s your likes

for my preference it was a great location. being close to downtown and it’s amenities it’s very important for us. good breakfast buffet with great coffee

location was surrounded by market. therefore you can expect lots of noise. it did not bother me but I know for some it will matter. Married room with two beds seems to be too small. you will be better off by opting single rooms

Definitely not to recommend

I booked a single room with private bathroom but when I arrived they didn’t have one. I was put in a family room together with a stranger who booked also a single room. they also asked us to pay more because the family room was more expensive. Very poor service and no apologies or anything. Breakfast was okay but not great. the photos on Booking.com look so much better than in reality. the sheets were not clean as well!

It does the job in the centre of Tarapoto. A good base.

The air conditioning was very good and much needed in Tarapoto where it gets very hot. The Wifi also worked very well.

It was extremely noisy at all times with the sound of motorbikes outside.

Exceptional

The hotel is clean and near to the airport. They have an elevator to the fifth floor and air conditioner in the room. The breakfast was a buffet, the best one ever. They have a lot of options to chose ( I personally recommend the salchipapas, very delicious).

During the check in, the reception didt give us enough information about the facilities in the hotel. There are shows during lunch time on Saturdays. Also, paying aditional 40s/ you can use the sauna for 1 hour

The breakfast

The photos of the room don't show the reality. We had a room without natural light and without balcony. The shower was ok but not the same on the booking's photos. The window opens on the AC evacuation. The running machine was broken.
