Schönes Haus. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Sehr guter Service. Tolle Gegend.

Ein sehr schön gelegenes altes Hotel. Das Personal war super hilfsbereit und hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Es wäre schön gewesen, sich nach einem langen Wandertag noch in in der Sauna entspannen zu können. Leider ist diese und der Pool nur bis 17:30 Uhr geöffnet. Das Frühstück war frisch und ausreichend und auch unser Wunsch nach einem Veganem Frühstück wurde erfüllt. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt.

Es wäre schön gewesen, sich nach einem langen Wandertag noch in in der Sauna entspannen zu können. Leider ist diese und der Pool nur bis 17:30 Uhr geöffnet.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Lage ist sehr schön zum Wandern und danach kann man sich super in der Sauna oder dem Pool entspannen.

Die Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants ist nur bis 20.30 Uhr. Schade wenn man später noch etwas trinken möchte.

Rádi se vrátíme!

Kouzelná příroda kolem. Přístup personálu, ať už na repci nebo na snidani/v restauraci. Všichni velice milí, ochotní řešit i nepříjemné situace s úsměvem na tváři

Jen par detailků zrovna v našem pokoji jako např oprýskaná omítka u oken, špinavý sedací val od nějaké čokolády.. vše je ale odpustitelné v rámci čistoty ostatních věcí a celkově udržovaného zámečku. Nic co by nás odradilo od další návštěvy v této oáze klidu

Great location, staff and property

Location and staff were the best. The person at the reception ensured we had the right information for our hike. The location is also as good as it can get in Bohemia Switzerland.

The hotel can have a better ventilation during warm nights. I did not ask for a fan as we were very tired by the time we reached, but a fan would have definitely helped.

Seeing once is fine, but not a second time

Location of the hotel, view, silence of the nature and dinner in the hotel

Absence of client orientation of the staff except the waitresses of the restaurant. To expensive for provided quality.

Beautiful location

It’s worthwhile to come just for the beautiful location. Off the main track, the village only consists of a few houses and another b&b. Absolutely amazing views, large fields, wonderful for us and our dog. The hotel houses a nice restaurant with friendly staff. Breakfast offered a nice selection. Pool was very much appreciated after a long walk; it’s good size and also has a sauna (which could be hotter).

I would definitely take my own pillow next time. Also, my husband was seriously injured during our walk and I had to call an ambulance to the hotel. Although the staff came out when they were taking him away and watched the “show”, no one (not even the receptionist) asked if we need anything which I would have expected (at least as a matter of courtesy)

Beautifiul area, very calm. They have a great restaurant - delicious czech meals, nice service.

The second bed in our apartament was not really comfortable and very loud (because of metal construction)

The staff was great an spoke English. The location was good for us. The food was tasty.

There was a problem with the toilet, the water didn't come down. It was in the morning before we left so we didn't call for help....

Nothing special. Overpriced. Far from "wellness".

There is nothing special about this place. Photos are a bit misleading. It is far from how "wellness" hospitality should look like. Extra charges for baby cot - 20Eur. It is not that this is a changing amount of money. But in general, I would prefer to have it included in the price when choosing the accommodation instead of something on top. In general, I think it is an overpriced place.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We hoped for a sauna and pool in the evening but they closed at 5:30pm and NO massages. Only on Sat ad Tuesdays. This was stated nowhere and a BIG dissapointment. Felt a bit scammed even

Wellness hotel without wellness

Location was very good, close to Jetrichovice, surrounded by beautiful nature. Free parking next to the hotel.

Wellness was a big disappointment. Cold water, air not heated, relax zone cold, steam spa out of order, no changing room - just shared lockers. Selection on breakfast was very limited, basic meals such as banana or yogurt were missing. Furniture and other equipment need renovation.

Amazing stay, amazing nature, amazing hosts!

The staff was amazingly friendly and gave us tips around the nature. The nature itself was stunning and full of amazing sights. Definitely coming back.

The location was good; the property nice. The breakfast was very good. The pool -sauna area very refreshing after a long day hiking.

The spa services; massages, etc. were not available when I stayed. The staff could have been a bit more considerate. My room was very cheap, on the 2nd floor (no elevator), so yes - value for money- but very small; no closet and broken window

We will come back - to explore the area and enjoy the ambiente in this really nice hotel.

The location is excellent and the hotel does have some magic. The swimming pool was superb including sauna and the billiard in the roof ! Breakfast outside and the food in general was excellent.

The ice coffee is a bit of a mystery - first day no coffee, second day no ice cream ... my mum still can't get her head around ...

overpriced with a lovely restaurant and terrace

It has an amazing location. the hotel has a great restaurant with a very nice dog friendly terrace. the restaurant staff was amazing and the food is great, breakfast is good. the room is big but nothing special.

it is a wellness hotel but with a very linited access, after 5 you can only vook the wellness for an extra price and it was fully booked when we wanted to go there. so it’s not a wellness hotel. it’s a hotel, near a wellness facility that you need to book in advance. It was quiet expensive compared to the lack of the basic service that is in the name of the hotel :( So it was disappointing to pay that much only for a room. there are plenty of lovely places nearby and they are way cheaper ;)
