As camas eram bastantes confortáveis, a limpeza era sempre bem executada e de um modo geral os funcionários são simpáticos.
A zona de piscina muito ventosa, o método (ou falta) dos funcionários ao pequeno-almoço tornava o serviço lento o que não justificava dado À quantidade dos mesmos. Sendo um Hilton estávamos à espera de uma zona de spa e não dentro do ginásio uma sauna e banho turco que não funcionavam.

Le personnel de la réception est très compétente et professionnel. ( surtout madame Wissal). Le personnel de l’entretien pour la chambre 521 est parfait.

This hotel was by far the highlight of our holiday in Tangier. The members of staff were helpful and understanding to our needs regarding restaurant recommendations and giving directions to the top tourist areas to visit and how to get there. Great that the train station and international clinic were directly opposite the hotel and the mall underneath it; thoughtfully located. The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits and juices, and a wide variety of Moroccan cuisine, my favourite.
The room that we had stayed in was clean and well kept at all times. I would come back to the hotel in my future endeavors to Tangier, as it made my week holiday with my family extra special. I would highly recommend it and, in my humble opinion, I would give it 10/10.
An extra special thanks to all staff including Mr. Hatim, Mr. Salah, Miss. Hafsa and Mr. Zuhair who handled our breakfast lunch and dinner service with great attention and care. You work so hard I hope you are greatly rewarded.
Special thanks to Mr Morad from the front desk, you are a diamond. Thank you for assisting us throughout our stay.
And lastly Miss Firdaws and her team for your kindness and attention to detail with the upkeep of our rooms and requirements.

No hay comunicación entre los trabajadores como agencia he pagado la estancia con desayunos luego cobraron a mis clientes después de hablar con ellos no querían hacer la devolución hasta que viene el cargador aun que le hemos mostrado la factura. Servicio terrible

Beautiful room and amazing breakfast
They didnt clean my room and when I returned in the afternoon it was a nightmare to finally have it done. They dont pick up calls from the room at the reception. Totally inefficient

The bidet spray/shataf was too hard.

Disappointed with our stay at Hilton which is supposed to be a 4-star hotel.
Lights were not working in the bathroom as well there was no hot water in the shower.

I have never been so comfortable . It’s in a walking distance from the train station. The services are so good. The staff are so friendly & helpful. The restaurant & the view was the best. Thank you so much & i will definitely come again with bigger group

Located in the city opposite the rail station, close to the beach and had a mall attached. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was a large spread and the floor provided an excellent view of the sea. The staff was very helpful and efficient.
The room overlooked the railway station and the city.

Ligging en accommodatie in het geheel
Ondanks dat het voor ons mooi en warm was was het buiten gedeelte gesloten en moest je als je lekker even in de zon wilde zitten ergens anders heen.

Stuff are so helpful and nice all of them I remember some names like Wissal and Meriem so nice ladies but all the stuff from the security to front desk to cleaner waiters chief all of them are nice. Hotel is clean and very well located
Not the property but booking.com has put wrong information about the rooms and i made all my schedule based on the info that the hotel has appart hotel with kitchen to cook for my baby while it was a big mistake that would cost me a lot if the professional stuff of Hilton didnt intervene to help with best solutions for le and my family

Personeel aan de balie en bij het ontbijt was heel vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam.
Maar vondt de bewakers vage, de enne mag doorlopen en mijn vrouw hebben ze gevraagd of ze de auto op de parkeerplaats heeft geparkeerd en welke kamer ze verblijft terwijl ze meerdere keren in en uit is gegaan.
We hadden 2 kamers geboekt waarvan één heel erg stonk naar schimmel. Waarschijnlijk zit er een ondergronds lekkage verstopt. Er lag na een uur douchen water bij de uitgang en in de wc, deze plekken zijn best ver van de douche en bad. De schimmel lucht kon alleen onderdrukt worden door de airco en dan de koude stand.
