I can’t recommend this place highly enough!!!

The location is great. The apartment and facilities are the best I’ve come across; and it has the most spectacular view of Nicosia. Mr Hero is the sweetest cat and wonderful company. We loved it so much, we have booked it again!

I wouldn’t change a thing.

I like everything, but especially being taken company by a special cat. The view from the flat is fabulous, the flat has everything you might need and more. The dressing room was a wonderful surprise. All is super clean and user friendly. the owner is very nice and responsive and the cat is considered a family member. The other cat was sick and is taken a very good care away from the flat.

Exceptional

Everything was great. Not every day you get hosted by the most lovely cat that just wants to cuddle! Loved it!! If you are not a cat person and don't invite the cat to your lap he also seem to respect and stayed alone purring in his corner... We arrived by car and parking in the area was easy and free. Is a full equipped and clean house. Totally recommend.

Very comfortable an cozy apartment, clean and modern, the view is fantastic, quality is very high (everything is made with love and quality). Mr. Hero is fantastic cat, very friendly but not noizy). Thank you so much!

Purrrrrrfect

Our feline host, Mr Hero, was the purrrrrrfect host. Always greeted us at the door, very friendly and cuddly. The apartment is in an amazing quiet location within walking distance from shops and cafes. The kitchen is fully equipped. Beds were comfortable. View was stunning over the city. The apartment was very clean and cosy. I especially loved the walk in wardrobe/dressing room from the bathroom. The pictures dont do it justice. Vas was very helpful and quick to respond when ever I had any questions. We stayed with our 9 year old son. He adored having a cat in our holiday home.

Mr Hero, the most beautiful located cat in Nicosia.

Best view in the city. Very kind and helpful host and cute flatmate - Mr Hero. Best balance between price and quality. Calm neighbourhood located almost in the city center. I fully recommend to stay in Vas' Penthouse!

Have a nice Cypriot life in a Penthouse with cats

Lovely place to hang out for a few days in Nicosia

Location was perfect for us, view was stunning, size of apartment was great

The bathroom could have been better oriented eg a larger shower with place to put your things and a smaller sink.

Great stay over the daytime, friendly hosts, nice flat, cute cats... little sleep over the night...

The flat is well equipped and spacious. The view from the living room is great, you can see the mountains in Turkey part of the island. I personally liked the cats, but we didn´t get a good nightsleep, they were a bit aggressive at night, wanted badly some company!

The elevator is really small and a bit scary. You have to be really a cat person to rent this flat, they are a bit aggressive and in need for a company when you are there. They scratch your door and meow at night... The location is a bit remote, you have to walk far to find a restaurant or a grocery store.

Great location and super apartment!

Great location, nice view and morning breeze on the balcony despite the extreme temp in the summer. Cats are very friendly and keep company which is nice if you're hanging out at home for the evening. There was water for us in the fridge upon arrival which was very appreciated. We liked the couch and watching TV in a very cozy space.

Very bad experience

The apartment

Lack of hygiene due to the bad habits of the cats. Cat fight produced fur everywhere. Cat vomits on the couch.The cats were climbing on the kitchen counter and it was impossible to prepare or leave food unattended. The owner practically kicked us out when we complained about all this. Very poor behavior. A very bad experience overall.

I loved Hero and Zombie, they 're the perfect company and the sweetest cats ever! The house has a very positive vibe and Vas is a great host.
