La.tranquilidad del lugar y las habitaciones junto a la piscina. Se disfruta.mucho el lugar. Es cerca de la playa que también es hermosa.
La salida podria ser un poco más tarde y ofrecer algún menú accesible. El desayuno de frutas incluido es un poco limitado.

Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, dass etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit bei der Instandhaltung haben dürfte. Gut gelegen, nahe dem Playa Carillo, meinem persönlichen Lieblingsstrand in Mittelamerika. Grundsätzlich sauber und von der Ausstattung ausreichen für eine Nacht, inkl. Frühstück mit Bar und Billardtisch und großem Pool.
Eine Aneinanderreihung unglücklicher Umstände, machen dieses Hotel zur schlechtesten Wahl überhaupt, seit dem ich Booking nutze. Zum bezahlen, hat das Gerät meine Karte nicht akzeptiert. Also habe ich in bar bezahlt. der Dollar Kurs in Colones wurde netterweise so großzügig bestimmt, dass ich am Ende mehr in Euro bezahlt habe, als es in Dollar gewesen wäre, was etwa einen Preissprung von etwa 10% bedeutete. Auf den Hinweis, das der Kurs etwas sehr großzügig umgerechnet wird, kam keine adäquate Antwort. Das die Zimmer muffig riechen (um nicht schimmelig zu sagen) und der Pool und andere Einrichtungen etwas überholt gehören ist in anderen Rezessionen ausgiebig berichtet. Zum Frühstück wollten wir für die 7 Kinder ganze 3 Pancakes mehr haben, was allerdings das Budget des Hotels zu übersteigen schien, denn wir wurden nach der Zimmernummer gefragt um es auf die Rechnung zu setzen.
Rechnung hatte ich bis dahin genug und muss als Fazit sagen, dass ich mir in Costa Rica oft vorkomme, als Tourist abgezogen zu werden, hier aber alles schief läuft, was möglich ist.

Sehr ruhige Lage, gutes Essen und sehr freundliches Personal!
Das Poolwasser könnte bei diesen Außentemperaturen ruhig etwas kühler sein! Es gab leider nur wenig Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme im Poolbereich!

La proximité de la Playa Carrillo
Les photos sont trompeuses. Les chambres sont en mauvais état et sales. Cheveux dans la douche, et siphon bouché, moisissure, chemin de fourmis qui traverse la chambre. Aucun accessoires de toilette. Sommier en décrépitude. Piscine sale. Petit déjeuné fade. Le prix des chambres est honteux par rapport aux prestations. Nous sommes partis plus tôt que prévu.

La ubicación
1. No tiene parqueo. El vehículo queda expuesto.
2. El personal trabaja como por compromiso, no tienen buena atención al cliente.
3. La habitación tenía muchas hormigas.
4. Faltante de suministros de higiene y aún cuando hicieron la limpieza de la habitación, no colocaron más jabón de ducha y solo 1 papel higiénico. Tampoco cambiaron las toallas.
5. El primer día pedimos una orden de patacones con guacamole e increíblemente venían literalmente solo 2 patacones y 1 cucharada de guacamole por más de 4000 cls.

Mejorar en los detalles de aspecto de la habitación, como en arreglos en el cielo raso y paredes. Además que las puertas no se podían abrir bien.

Devolví el control de tv porque no era el indicado y nunca lo cambiaron lo use manual después la cena duraron mucho y los spaguetti estaban duros me quedaron debiendo dos facturas electrónicas

Le personnel a ete tres conscilient pour les changements de dates
Le Wifi fonctionne tres bien, piscine propre.
Hotel vieillissant, qualite du petit dejeuner moyenne, beaucoup de fourmis dans la chambre et celle de nos voisins de chambres, pas d'alèse sur les matelas, serviettes tachees. Personnel gentil mais clairement inexperimente. Le personnel parle uniquement Espagnol.

The courtyard surrounded a beautiful large pool. The dining area was covered but open and opened out to the pool and had a pool table which our family enjoyed. There was also a covered area with chairs and hammocks. Our rooms were together as we had asked and the staff was very welcoming and informative about places to eat dinner. We ordered breakfast off a very varied menu and the food was delicious. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is spacious and quiet with a big beautiful pool. It is surrounded by a lovely forest. Beautiful Carrillo Beach is walking distance, and we enjoyed seeing howler monkeys on our way. The staff was very attentive, and the breakfasts and meals at the restaurant were delicious.

Peaceful and quiet. The pool and surrounding areas were great. Ronaldo the server/bartender was very hospitable.
If the music changed from time to time. It was the same play list over and over, I love Spanish music, but it was a bit much. Would be lovely with just quiet time during the day, with music at supper time, to classic hits in the evening. It’s relaxing to just listen to the surroundings (goats, horses, roosters, insects) during the day. My only complaint. Otherwise, the best place we’ve stayed at on our travels.

We've had an amazing time here with my wife. The style of the hotel is colonial, the receptionist is super kind an helpful, the food is amazing (the breakfast was included, but we ordered lunch too), and the pool is clean and refreshing. The beach is close, and the center of Carrillo is in a short distance. We want to go back already.
