the a la carte menu was so bland and there wasn’t much choice

the room was comfortable and clean. the staff was also great and friendly and willing to help.
it’s not the property’s fault, but found it unpleasant of guests taking their pets for a walk and not picking up their necessities around the hotel grounds. We couldn’t enjoy a nice night walk around the premises on the other nights due to these rude guests.

The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The room is like a flat hotel, with a kitchen, nice, but lacks comfort. The bathroom is very basic for a 5 star hotel, and the bed lacks comfort.

The staff at the reception barely speaks English which was a little unusual for an accommodation of this type. They were friendly though, and we managed.

The beer was expensive and they charged $100 for us to enjoy the bottle of wine that we brought ourselves.
They also charged $20 per day for parking which i felt it was abusive considering that we were staying there. Parking should be free of charge at least.
