Best little cabin we could have stayed in. Would highly recommend for a cozy little getaway in the mountains.

We only stayed the one night, but after a hectic day of wedding festivities it was a wonderfully peaceful place minutes away from the venue.

My family and I LOVED this little cabin nestled back in the woods! Property owners were great in communicating with us and making sure we had everything we needed. I enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the rain, and the cozy campfire was perfect at night. We will definitely visit again!

Quiet peaceful secluded no traffic. Great get away Ramp into house a little steep.

loved the cabin, enjoyed the surround sound movies in while it rained and peaceful woods. did several great hikes and enjoyed the winery.
then we went to bed..
THE BED was the kind where you move an inch and get all sort of squeaks and creeks. Caves in the middle
Only thing keeping me from using again is THE BED

It was a small cabin just as described. It had everything you need for a little getaway. It was really close to Tablerock perfect for some hiking and a fire pit to sit around at night. Peaceful.

We thoroughly enjoyed the cozy cabin. It was warm, cozy, and an excellent stay.

I have stayed in more than 20 different short term rentals. This one would be at the top of my list for a return stay. The cabin was the best equipped of all my previous stays. Host was so thoughtful in things provided, even had walking sticks, flashlight, alexia, every kitchen essential, etc. The decor was mountain cabin, adorable. When I arrived, I was greeted with music playing and warmth from heaters. Lamps by the bed were in mood color (changed by a remote control) a comfy sofa, and unique bathroom fixtures. The tv had a great sound bar. We cooked meals there and found everything necessary for preparing a full breakfast and dinner. The photos and description are spot on, but the experience was even better than expected. We are definitely planning another visit!!!

We had an overnight stay for Thanksgiving in this little cabin. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, nice stack of DVDs if you wanted to watch some TV at night. Very cozy, peaceful setting, and plenty of things to do around the area.

We enjoyed our stay in the cabin. We hiked a few trails in the area including stopping in at the Mountain House at Ceasars Head for a late lunch. Only a few minutes down the road from our last trail traversed. Coming home in the evening was not a problem since the cabin is essentially off the main road. After a day of hiking, it was nice to kick back and get a good night's sleep in the comfy bed. Thank you, Karen and Jeff, for a wonderful stay!!

Wonderful. Off the beaten path which is just where we needed to stay.
4.7
We had a great time here exploring all the area had to offer.

Great Host, excellent communication! Would definitely book again with them!

Only a short distance off the paved road so my car had no difficulty accessing. There is a nice country restaurant about a mile away that had a general store, craft vendors and ice cream shop. Gaines lodge only took for a few minutes to get to the wedding we were attending.
Thanks,
Kim

Overall a nice peaceful place to stay. Definitely a cabin experience. We enjoyed our trip.

Attended a wedding at Pretty Place Chapel with reception at Table Rock State Park, and decided to make a weekend out of it by staying here. Pretty Place is about 40 mins drive, and Table Rock Park is <10 min drive. Nice little kitchen with the utensils and cookware that we needed to make breakfast, including coffee maker. Recommend the cheese plate and view at the winery down the road, and the Pumpkintown Opry for barbecue sandwiches.

Literally a cabin in the woods! Just like it’s name! It had everything we needed and was very quiet and relaxing!

The location was beautiful, and the cabin was very nice. Property manager was very easy to communicate with.

Even though we only were in the cabin to sleep, we enjoyed it. There’s so much to do in the area, we will be back to see what all we didn’t get to see.

Nice for 2 people for a night or 2. only issue we had the towels had a very sour smell. They were very nice and promptly brought new towels and came by to check if they were better. Didn't have the heart to tell them they were also sour smelling. we just went by $ general and grabbed a couple towels.I would stay again and bring my own towels.

This is the perfect little getaway for close hiking trails and views in Table Rock State park. Would stay again!

Quiet, clean, anything you need to enjoy your stay. Tons to see around, but if you decide to stay in like we did you won't be disappointed. We gorged on bad food and tried to watch ALL their collection of DVDs and BlueRays. Pots,Pans,Skillets. You name it, it's there! Will be back again.
