Excellent location, clean neat and very comfortable home away from home.

Location was central and we felt safe moving around Sandton. Numerous restaurants in close proximity.

A premium location in the heart of Sandton - awesome for business!

Great location directly opposite the ICC where I was attending a conference. Spacious and well appointed accommodation. Convenient meeting areas downstairs in lobby and Roar Bistro Great bathroom and manchester to go with it - even though I didn't use the gowns.

Struggling to get an INVOICE TV's didn't work when I checked in - had to call but then cancelled because people were not on site. Struggling to get an INVOICE A fair amount of maintenance going on in lift lobby - carpeting. Building looks a little tired but they're obviously working on it. Struggling to get an INVOICE Generator noise at night during load shedding - unavoidable I suppose Struggling to get an INVOICE

A great stay, thanks so much.

The room is more like an apartment - it was huge and is much bigger than the pictures. Friendly host, the room was very clean, the internet was fast and the location perfect. The facilities were great.

The room was hot and the aircon wasn’t very powerful. Outside was very loud so we couldn’t open the doors to let air in. I suggest including a fan in the room as this would solve both problems. More toilet paper needed to be kept and some bin bags too would be helpful.

The apartment was nice upstairs but I wish they could work more in the design downstairs.

Great Location but the place needs work.

Good location and size and layout of the apartment, Good hot water comfortable bed,.

WiFI doesn't cover the who apartment and cuts out intermittently. Bugs in the kitchen. really need to deal with this.

The apartment is very beautiful and located in a good central area. The shopping mall is next door and there are many restaurants to choose from.

The fact that the cleaning of the apartment is not included in the fee is very discouraging, especially after staying there for a week. The towels, bedding and tissues were not changed for the duration of our stay. The apartment is privately owned so you do not benefit from using the services offered at Michelangelo like issue of towels when you use the pool, daily cleaning etc. The host should consider including the cleaning fee in the rate of the room, it helps to be on holiday and not be worried about cleaning fees.

The bathroom insident left a sour taste, to a an excellent weekend.

Great location.

When we arrived the bathroom was in a mess. The one basin was removed and dirt and equipment all over. The staff did come and clean up, but we only had the use of 1 basin our entire stay.

Cleanliness, location and size of room.

The kitchen had very few utensils. One of the Bathroom sinks was severely cracked and was leaking. There was no hairdryer in the apartment All 3 safes were inoperable. The handles on the bedside drawers were missing except for one handle. There were no tissues and 10 serviettes were instead in the tissue box. A steep flight of stairs lead upto the bedroom upstairs. Check in times are awkward

Friendly staff who are always willing to help. Facilities were on-point. Very clean. Value for money.

I cant say "I didnt like" as such, but I had to drive around twice on arrival until there was space to park near the entrance to check in.

Gowns were used and never washed when we got there. The following day the place was not refreshed and towel were not changed. We had to prepare the bedding by ourselves. Sheets are Grey which also suspended that they were not changed

Freezer was broken, microwave oven was loose and tv in room didnt work. Need new towels.

The freezer had roaches and it was froze solid, towels were old and not good for use, I had to purchase my own towels , tv continue to go off line, place needs to be updated.
