About this house rental

This lovely bungalow was fully renovated inside ten years ago and has everything you need to make you feel like your at home. Included is full heating and cooling. WIFI, NETFLIX, STAN and APPLE TV for your enjoyment. The gourmet modern kitchen and open plan entertaining area also opens out onto the backyard. Five mins walk to Grange jetty and 10 min walk to the shops and restaurants in Henley square. There is also public transport just at the end of the quiet street that takes you on a twenty minute ride straight into the heart of the city. Also a 10 minute cab ride from Adelaide Airport. The street is very quiet and the house has safe off street parking for up to 4 cars. There is security cameras outside the home to make you feel secure.

Bedrooms

The main bedroom has a king size WAVELESS WATERBED and 70 inch TV. The second bedroom has a double size bed, loads of hanging space and an ensuite with a bath, double shower and basins. The third bedroom has a double bedroom suit.

The back yard

A large size yard with lawn which is very secure for dogs. There is a large outdoor setting and a BBQ for great entertaining.

We had a wonderful holiday in Adelaide while staying at Summer Breeze with our fur baby. This gorgeous comfy house has everything you need for a great stay and the yard is so safe and well fenced. It is in the perfect location to head out to the Barossa, Adelaide Hills, Hahndorf, the city and down to Glenelg. Great location to the beach, cafes and many restaurants all of which are in walking distance. Julie is so helpful and responds very quickly to your needs.

Mum and I (and our 2 dogs) were very impressed with this stay in Henley Beach. It was a wow moment when we arrived, lights on for arriving at dusk, and complimentary wine and chocolates (thank you!) and we soon found it was very safe and set up for the dogs also, with a fully enclosed front and back yard, and automatic closing driveway gate (using a remote control). I swiftly moved some precious ceramic items in the entry hallway to safety from rambunctious pups on arrival. It was all easy and beautiful! We are only sad we didn’t plan to stay longer and make better use of the bath and beautiful fire, and outdoor recliners, which we enjoyed during our late Autumn visit. It was certainly a treat to stay here. Even though the water bed is a feature, and I used this room, I think I’d find more comfortable a regular bed with a quality mattress, Mum thought her bed was really comfortable. The third bedroom is a smaller bed and we didn’t use this one, but probably well suited for a younger one. The house is well appointed with lots of personal extras in the cupboards and fridge and freezer for use by guests, from food to everything you may possibly need. I was hesitant to turn the hot water temperature on (located in the bathroom with bath) and found it only after realising we had no hot water before going to bed. It didn’t take long though. Everything was gorgeous, comfortable and thoroughly relaxing and only needed a minimum of puppy proofing to enable me to. We are so grateful!

A lovely house in a great location, just 500m to the beach and a short walk to the cafes and restaurants in Henley Square. We loved how well equipped the house was and it had everything we needed - kitchen and bathroom supplies in abundance. Julie was great to deal with and very accommodating. This property made our stay in Adelaide very relaxing and enjoyable.

We had a fabulous 12 days in this well appointed beachside home with lovely open plan living & delightful garden, providing a very comfortable stay for 6 adults & the occasional hound. The weather was 30c+ every day so the easy access to the beach & Henley Square was much appreciated, as was the very efficient air conditioning throughout the home! Julie was very easy to communicate with, always responding quickly and clearly. Many thanks Julie.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The hosts were very thoughtful in decorating the place. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Nice area near the beach, though it is a fair distance to the CBD.

The living areas are modern and very comfortable along with both bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay there, all the available utensils and conveniences were a great touch. Board game’s available for nights in. So close to the beach and approx 1k walk to Henley Square, which we loved. Can definitely recommend this property.

This property is exactly everything it says. Julie has thought of absolutely everything and those tiny additional touches make you feel so welcome. It is perfect for a fur family as the yard is so secure with lovely green grass for you pooch to rub the sand off. A short walk to one of the best beaches I’ve ever been, followed by a stroll on the beach to Henley Square which has great eateries. Thank you Julie!

This is a lovely older property which has been tastefully modernised and beautifully furnished. The house is spacious and comfortable, as well as spotlessly clean. Close to the beach and plenty of cafes and eateries, it's a great setting for a weekend away, or longer. (Coffee Journey, just a couple of minutes walk away, was great). We've stayed in a number of different properties across Adelaide, but this was a firm family favourite and we would definitely choose Summer Breeze for our next stay.

A beautifully renovated and decorated bungalow in a wonderful location .This property accommodated 6 of us and our dog so comfortably ,so very well equipped we wanted for nothing.Cofee machine ,fruit in the bowl and treats in the fridge a lovely touch and made us feel very welcome .So close to . the lovely Henley beach for that morning stroll and great food and coffee just around the corner .Thank you Julie , hope we can stay again. We recently stayed for a week in this beautiful home while attending a wedding in Adelaide. The home, location & hospitality of Julie were absolutely perfect. We felt incredibly comfortable; the home was exceptionally clean & fully equipped with everything we could have possibly needed and more. It also had a nice secure backyard which our dog loved. Beach & cafes were an easy walk, with shops only a 5 min drive away. Can’t recommend highly enough, we will definitely be back 😊

Had a great wkd in Grange in this house, owner Julie was prompt and proactive in getting us the information to enter the house etc. The house is spotless and beautiful and well equipped (everything is thought of including my morning coffee :) ) Our next trip we would be happy to book this house again. A very short walk to the beach and to the local Grange hotel bar and local cafes. It was also only 5-10mins walk to Henley where we found a great restaurant called "Little Shoo" which also happy to recommend for the great food and ambiance

Lovely period home that has had beautiful modern internal renovations in kitchen, living, laundry and both bathrooms. Outside garden is cute, fully enclosed, grassed area nice to sit on a sunny afternoon. Long driveway for parking off-road. Very close walking distance to beach, a nice walk along the esplanade once there. Close to Henley square which has a number of nice restaurants and cafes. Have stayed in Adelaide many times and this location probably best so far. Host Julie is very prompt with all replies both prior and during our stay. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay especially if thinking of bringing a pet. Thank you Julie!
