Tolle Lage zur Altstadt - fantastische Aussicht

Wir hatten ein gemütlich eingerichtetes, großes Zimmer mit eigener Terasse. Man hat von überall aus eine fantastische Aussicht. Parkplatz kann für 10€ dazugebucht werden. Die Residenza befindet sich am Rande der Altstadt, welche in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Tolle Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Das Frühstück war für Italien durchaus umfangreich.

Ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer wäre toll.

Tutto fantastico tranne il supplemento per la colazione

Il personale è accogliente e cortese. La struttura è molto curata nell' arredamento, sia gli spazi comuni che le camere. Sono disponibili giochi di società negli spazi comuni. La vista dalla mia camera era fantastica. Tutto pulito e curato, sia negli spazi interni che la terrazza esterna. I letti sono molto comodi. La posizione è ideale per visitare il centro storico di Perugia, senza bisogno di prendere l'auto. Anche la colazione è ricca

Tuttavia far pagare un supplemento di 12 euro a persona per una colazione è decisamente uno sproposito! Si trovano eccellenti strutture che allo stesso prezzo hanno la colazione inclusa, altre che chiedono un supplemento che varia tra i 5 e i 7 € a persona. Mai capitato di pagare così tanto. Questo punto, a mio avviso, va a sfavore della struttura che altrimenti non avrebbe nessuna pecca. Consiglio ai proprietari di rivedere il prezzo.

incredible views from this quiet secluded hotel

the location was stunning - the view from the rooms was so beautiful and being out of the city meant it wasn’t ruined by other buildings around. The room was really comfortable, bathroom was great and everything was really clean. really friendly staff too!

only issue we had was with the air conditioning unit in the room initially.

Amazing view from the bedroom!

The view is breathtaking! The room was spacious, bright and comfortable. The personnel were friendly and polite. The hotel is a 10-min walk from the city centre of Perugia. We enjoyed our stay very much and can recommend this hotel.

The curtains in our room were transparent, and the sun was shining very brightly since the early morning, so it was hard to stay asleep but easy to wake up. The breakfast was ok at best, but the breakfast room was very beautiful. The road to the hotel and parking are a bit tricky.

Exceptional

Beautiful comfortable room with a balcony with a breathtaking view of the whole valley. With good visibility you could even see Asissi. Located just outside the city walls, so within walking distance. A great base for exploring Perugia and other nearby towns.

Magical View

The view is magical! The rooms are very modern and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our favorite during our two weeks in Italy!

It would be nice to have a bigger refrigerator - there's just a mini bar in the room. A Nespresso would also be nice.

Just beautiful!

Rooms are very spacious, clean and modern. Views from the balcony are gorgeous, nice for having a breakfast looking at the mountains. Staff is super friendly and willing to give good advise.

There is nothing in particular we didn't like. If you wish a central location, have in mind you need a 15/20 minutes walk to the centre.
