Kurzaufenthalt zu zweit

Geräumig mit bequemen Betten, schöner Garten mit Blick auf einen kleinen Stadtsee mit Segelbooten.

Ein paar Teebeutel oder Kaffeepulver hätte an diesem Sonntag nicht geschadet.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, nahe Olympiagelände/Waldbühne

Sehr schön ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, kostenloses Upgrade auf 2 separate Schlafzimmer, sehr netter Gastgeber, bequeme Betten.

Schlafzimmer können durch Deckenfenster nicht komplett abgedunkelt werden, daher früh sehr hell. Undichtes Badfenster, Duschen verursacht im Bad leichte Überschwemmung. Alles nur Kleinigkeiten...

Tolle Lage, aber ...

Das Appartement hat eine tolle Lage, es ist dort sehr ruhig und wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist, kann mit dem Bus ab der in der Nähe gelegenen Bushaltestelle die Stadt erkunden, ohne dass man das Auto bewegen muss. Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch der kostenlose Parkplatz auf dem eingezäunten Gelände. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die beiden Schlafräume waren groß und dank der Rollos störte es auch nicht, dass die fast bodentiefen Fenster zur Straße ausgerichtet sind. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief sehr gut und unkompliziert.

Eine gute Lage und moderne Ausstattung sind aber eben nicht alles: Die Bilder im Angebot passen leider so gar nicht zur tatsächlichen Einrichtung des Appartements, sodass ich immer noch Zweifel habe, ob wir überhaupt das bekommen haben was wir gebucht hatten. Die Antwort auf meine diesbezügliche Nachfrage, dass das dann wohl im Internet noch alte Fotos sind, kann ich nicht ganz ernst nehmen, weil der gesamte Zuschnitt des Wohnraums dann nicht stimmen dürfte. Da wir das Apartment nicht wie geplant zu fünft sondern nur zu dritt genutzt haben, fiel es nicht so ins Gewicht, war aber trotzdem ärgerlich. Wir haben vor allem die große Couch und einen Fernseher im Gemeinschaftsraum vermisst. Im Essbereich, der auch gleichzeitig der Eingangs- und Wohnbereich ist, hatte die Decke ein großes Loch, mit Blick auf diverse Abflussrohre - vermutlich aufgrund einer erforderlichen Reparaturarbeit, die am Wochenende offenbar unterbrochen wurde. Hierzu hätten wir uns gern eine Vorab-Information gewünscht. In der Dusche ist der Vorhang viel zu klein. Zu Duschen, ohne das komplette Bad unter Wasser zu setzen, war unmöglich. Hier muss dringend Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Auch war unschön, dass die ebenerdige Dusche mit Klebeband "abgedichtet" ist. In den Lichtschächten hingen einige Spinnweben, hier hätten wir uns mehr Sorgfalt gewünscht.

Würden das Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen, wenn wir in Berlin sind.

die Lage am See, viel Grün rundherum, die Möglichkeit viel mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden, die Nähe zum Olympiastadion, die Möglichkeit direkt am Wasser zu sitzen/zu essen, die Freundlichkeit und ständige Erreichbarkeit des Gastgebers und seiner Angestellten, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - Danke

Sauna und Whirlpool mit Blick auf den See- top, Nachteil - aus unserer Sicht- beides steht vor den Fenstern des Eigentümers

Would return.. not as quiet as expected though.

Quiet Location on outskirts of Berlin, situated directly on / with a lake outlook. Good for parking too if travelling there by car. The host and communication in the lead up and during the booking was friendly, accommodating and instructions were good. I would definitely consider returning. Pichelsbeg UBahn is 1.2 miles away on foot as your nearest tube option, 20 minutes.

A couple of the nights there was noise from a music festival ? then a celebration. This translated into noise till 11pm and then a fellow apartment being noisy till the early hours. This wasn't ideal before Berlin Marathon. Other than this no fault, great apartment, self catering facilities (no microwave) but all else perfect.

Great location and very clean and comfortable.

Location was great. Just out of the city but close to main bus and train routes, so easy to get into town. The apartment was modern and clean and very comfortable, with a lovely rainwater shower. It looks out over terraced gardens directly onto the Stoessensee, and there are woods and a nature reserve just behind. The host was very helpful

Superb

The accommodation completely exceeded our expectations. The apartment is very well equipped, I appreciate a coffee machine for filtered coffee and even a capsule coffee machine including several coffee capsules. There is a swimming pool, table tennis and a trampoline in the garden, really great place for children. The location is perfect – from one side very close to nature (there is a protected landscape area Tiefwerder Meadows next to it) and from the other 20 minutes drive from central Berlin. We felt really welcomed here as soon as we arrived. Our stay was fantastic. I'm sure we will return soon.

Lake getaway near Waldbühne

Location was fantastic lake view. Clean and comfortable apartment. Easy to get to by public bus from the city.

The weather was warm so at night the room temperature was very warm because of no ac.

Big, spacious, close to the high away. It was great, big park area, playground for the kids. The boy, who was responsible for everything, was very nice and polite, really helpful.

It is just a small minus, nothing big one. We had a big apartment, which was great, but from the picture was not clear that there is no really direct sitting area outside. But we could still use the shared one. But for short time is great.

Generally great and quiet location. Lots of space inside and outside. Nice and clean. Convenient fenced parking.

The sofa bed was challenging to set-up, needed help from host. Before booking ask whether any events are taking place on the property. We had a wedding with loud music right in front of the apartment that ended not before 11pm…

Great stay, great place for people who have a dog like me

The environment is lovely. Great when you have a dog.

The jacuzzi needed a good cleanse. It was a bit dirty, but when they fix that, it is really nice that they have it. You look over the lake and it's a great relax vibe .

Berlin @ the Stößensee - briljant!

Very nice garden and harbor view from our apartment. Breakfast at the terrace. We rented two apartments which were connected. We visit Berlin regularly and are sure that we will return to this address.

The worst experience of my life ! So bad !!!

1.somebody always go to my room without my permission and don't close the door when he/she left. very bad apartment with impolite! 2. after I check out almost 1 month, I do not receive the receipt until now. I call many times and call the booking many times, no one can solve the issue. this is the worst experience of my life. so bad !!!
