It looked and felt relatively new. The couple that runs it was very friendly and helpful and always with a smile. The information they gave us on restaurants, beach etc was.to our liking. Every morning there was a different breakfast tray that came to our room, always tasty and enough for a good start of the day. Room was spacious and had a nice terrace.. however our room did not have the best view of the sunset. Going there you have a couple of kilometers on a dirt road. Our 20 year old Yaris had no problem. The location some will like some will not as ignis too far away from the main villages and beaches. If you are looking forna relaxing stay this is then place. If you want to be close to Chora or Driopida maybe this is not the best choice.
We stayed at Afros studio that does.not have the perfect view that the rest of the rooms have ... better luck next time..

The location is amazing with a fantastic sunset view. The apartment has been very cleaned and high level. Christine and Nikos are very nice and careful. It is a wonderful ace for relaxing top holiday time. We will come back for sure.

The only thing I would have like to have in the suite is some water bottles. The closest place to buy is very far.

High quality, peaceful, away from the crowds with stunning views. Wonderful hosts who clearly care about your experience.

Beautiful stone decore,
sećluded very private location,
the most beatiful sunset one can ever imagine,
amazing family like service (Christine and her
boyfriend were amazing; the cleaning service
was on the level of 6* hotel).
the patio was amazing, decent kitchen allowed
even home cooking.
the island still represents real greek, with local tavernas,
it is not crowded like the well known islands.
there is no drinking water; the tap water is kind of salty,
and during peak hours the stream of water is really low.
the nearest sand beach (the water access at the
property is only through a stars leading towards a big rock)
is 5 minutes by car; grocery shop 25 minutes.
BUT… if you don’t like lot of people, this place is just amazing!

Breakfast was fantastic, a lot of home made local dishes, different every day. Excellent hosts!
Wonderful view to the Aegean sea but to reach the property someone needs 1.5 km drive to dry stone road.
driving in dry stone road to reach the property

beautiful spacious rooms with stunning views of the Aegean sunsets. A perfect secluded bay with clear water and many fish for snorkelling.
Be prepared for the dirt road from the village to Cape Suites. It is steep in parts and can be a challenge although I got the hang of it day 2.

Location near the sea is truly amazing. Regarding the room, in terms of drink and beverages, they had everything one needed for the first 24 hours (bottled water, coffee capsules, breakfast ingredients, eggs, etc.). The beds were extremely comfortable. Each room had its own aircon. Plenty of toiletries. The owner gave some really good tips on where to eat and where to swim depending on the direction of the wind.
All good!

Excellent experience overall!
The view was great. Quiet and relaxing location. The room was cleaned daily, the bed was very comfortable. The facilities were good for preparing brrakfast every morning (kettle, coffee maker, stove)
The staff and owners were very friendly and gave us good tips about where to go for good food and swim.
They were also happy to accomodate some small requests we had.
The breakfast supplies offered (bread, honey, jam, cheese, coffee, etc) are of good quality but only enough for the first couple of days. Supplies to cover more days, would be nice, given the remote location of the property.
As a suggestion, it would be nice to have a common area for enjoying the view of the sea and night sky without obstructions from the property lights or buildings.

Excellent rooms and amenities, comfy beds and hosts predicted everything. A quiet place away from crowds. As a result, do bear in mind that the road there can be a bit tough for a small car, but the walk to the Aghios Dimitrios is only 15 mins.

I'll try to leave an objective review although in my case there were some bumps on the road (word play, not the actual bumps on the road).
The good:
Amenities - comfort:
The beds are dreamy! Best sleep I had on vacation ever. The outside patio furniture also very comfy.
Access to the sea:
There is a path down to the sea, in front of the apartments. The sea there is rocky and there are sea urchins. It is difficult to go in and out. It would be nice to add a ladder to help you go in the sea. The shower on the way up is a nice touch.
Location:
The place has a good location if you are in need of isolation. The view is breathtaking around sunset time. The road to the place is scary and moreover dangerous at night. It is gravel road and very hilly and turny at points. A 1400cc fiat panda (new car) has serious troubles going up, you need to turn off the airco to give it a fraction of extra boost or second passenger needs to go off for the car to make it up. We slipped backwards a couple of times. There is no market or tavern or really anything around the residence unless you go down that gravel road. My advice is to rent a 4x4 if you plan to stay at cape suites.
Our small incident:
In one of the bedrooms there was a white plastic ikea vertical cloth organizer. I forgot my purple wet bikini on it, the night before we left. That thing stained. The dye of the bikini transfered to the white ikea plastic thing. The ikea thing costs 8.99 euros. It is as cheap as it gets. I got a very angry phonecall after we left the room about the stain. That we made a serious damage etc etc. I asked to pay for it and I was told it costs 90 euros or so. The owner was angry also that I had the 'do not disturb' on the door for 3 days and they couldn't come in. "We could have seen it earlier if you didn't have the do not disturb at the door". As if the purpose of the daily cleaning service is to inspect! Anyhow, I offered to pay for it. I found the thing on Ikea website and stated the true price to the owner. They claimed they made a mistake regarding the cost of 90 euros (cost of the whole closet) vs 8 for the plastic organizer. They charged me also the ikea transportation cost and asked me to pay 15 euros, which I did. We were emailing day after day for a few days after for this 8 euro thing!!! For me also stressful, as I was constantly bugged during the rest of my vacation. We payed a significant amount for our stay.

Everything! Perfect beds, the best view, spacious, hospitality of the owner, a filled fridge on arrival, the option to take a dip in the sea...we highly recommend this place!
Yes, the road to the suites is bumpy. But not so bad as written by others.
