Exceeded our expectations

Everything was great! Staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean, AC was working and was not hitting in face and was not loud. We enjoyed the soundbar in our room. The bath, oh that was just amazing. Location was close to the old city. Across the street was good place for breakfast and you could get nice massage next door. *did not make a photo of a bedroom and in the toilet there is a regular shower I did not make a photo.

We did not mind and found that funny, but a small lizard came into the room due to the roof gaps in the living room ceiling

Komfortowy pobyt!

Piękny butikowy hotelik. Bardzo czysto, nowoczesna łazienka. Super miła obsługa. Bardzo blisko od znanej ze zdjęć turkusowej narożnej kamienicy. Ogólnie to bardzo polecam Phuket Town! Wahalismy się czy zostać Tutaj na noc, czy od razu udać się w okolice plaż i.... żałujemy, że byliśmy tylko 1 noc! Miasto jest super, wszędzie fajne miejsca, można chodzić godzinami :)

Pokój bardzo ciemny - okno naszego pokoju wychodziło na recepcję do wnetrza budynku i było rano głośno od ulicy. Brak basenu jest spoko na jedną noc (nie uważam tego za wadę tego hotelu!) ale w przypadku dłuższego pobytu w takich temperaturach to nam by brakowało.

It wasn't the right place for me

Everything was clean and functioned properly. There was plenty of hot water with good pressure. The chair at the desk is quite comfortable for a hotel chair. The location is very central.

Despite being all the way at the back of the hotel, there was a lot of noise from the outside, including traffic noise, construction noise, and loud music from a nearby school (or someplace of that sort). The internet was slow and spotty, and required me to re-login every time it disconnected (they use an open wifi with an internal login page).

Die super zentrale Lage. Die Zimmer, die Ausstattung, das Konzept. Gute Betten. Klimaanlage etwas laut, aber bei Zimmer zum Hof ist es auch ohne Klimaanlage erträglich.

A historical haven in the heart of Phuket

Xinlor in Phuket Town is a charming gem with a rich history. The well-designed and clean atmosphere makes it a delightful stay. Its central location makes exploring easy, and the friendly staff adds a welcoming touch. A historical haven in the heart of Phuket! And I had the best sleep there since I arrived in Phuket.

I should have stayed there longer over the weekend when the market is on. Well... next time

I’ll definitely come back to stay at this hotel again.

It located near old town which is very convenient to access tourist attractions. Also surrounded by various restaurants and shops. The staffs are kind and helpful.

Very beatiful space and perfectly clean!

Super clean, amazing location, comfy bed, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful lobby

Everything was great! Except that someone started playing music in the street at 5 am , though they stopped in 15 min. Hope this was just one time thing. Except this Sunday night was relatively quiet.

Great location in Phuket Old Town, near many shops, restaurants and bars with live music. The room was large with a separate seating area. The balcony with a bathtub was cool as well.

I booked a room with balcony but mine had a view on a construction area. Almost no staff in the hotel if you need any help.

Loved that place, cool decor, friendly staff very pretty and a great location in old town. Highly recommend 😍 also staff thoroughly cleaned room every day if you allow them

The floors in the room are a bit dated. Also would love a microwave somewhere

Lovely niche boutique hotel with homely feel and support eco system.

Cleanliness, comfortable and safety. Good location and very beautifully decorated. Value for money and the staff are friendly. Within walking distance to all the cafes and restaurants.

We loved the location and the stylish boutique hotel. Decor was unique and my husband loved the jazz music.
