Good location.
Room was too small, it was almost impossible to walk around the bed and the curtains wouldn’t close fully.

The staff were amazing
The food was far too expensive for breakfast and lunch

Check in asking for passport / drivers license???? Who carries this around everything on phone was a bit tense on checkin apart from that great

Le style de l’hôtel, l’accueil, la chambre, le Rooftop, avec sa superbe vue et le quartier. Vraiment super !
La chambre n’est pas immense, mais ce n’est pas très grave
4.3
The location and room quality
There was a disco club upstairs so the pool and restaurant on the terrace was not useable and the staff could not help. We paid to stay there for the terrace and there was an event apparently always at the wkds so next time the staff should warn their customers who spend money to stay there

Super comfortable beds, great daily housekeeping that somehow never interrupted us and discreetly made up the room whenever we left the hotel. High-quality toiletries and luxurious experience - overall, great value for money. We really enjoyed our stay here and it was very centrally located.
Some staff experiences were a bit odd - our group of friends traveling together (4 people total, 2 people/room) also stayed at the Mondrian, and one night we had them over in our hotel room hanging out (total of 6 people, not a party by any means). We were being quiet and just watching TV/talking but after a visible smoke break where the front desk people saw us all hanging out together, management came up to our room and told us everyone had to go back to their own rooms (?) which was an odd request, felt a little like summer camp and being told it was bedtime instead of being functioning adults paying for a hotel room.

Good breakfast, beautiful, clean
Minor issues really…
Concierge can improve- we had some issues with the safe that we reported thrice. Eventually it was resolved.
Complimentary coffee and milk in the room were not replaced unless specifically asked.

Exceptionally comfortable beds (very much appreciated by someone who is a terrible sleeper). Very clean, spacious and well set out bathroom - shower being the highlight!! Loved it so much I booked myself in again for an upcoming date (next time will stay with my partner).
Nothing!

Great location, great staff who were available and helpful at all times, love the rooftop bar and pool and, best of all, BiBo tapas/Spanish restaurant which was just great - we’ve just been to Valencia and had lots of lovely tapas but the tapas at BiBo was a cut above in its taste and innovation, pleasantly surprised as I’m not used to hotel restaurants being so on point so thank you very much for a wonderful and memorable stay.

The rooms were very comfortable and stylish. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. My airline lost my luggage and the staff were so kind to me after it happened.
Nothing.

good location. nice interiors. good products in rooms.
I tried to check in at 3.45pm but was told my room wasn’t ready. check in was supposedly available from 3pm!
I was told I would either have to wait 1 hour or be given a lower quality room.
I had to get ready for the evening so I had to check in to lower quality room. I was charged the same price!
in the room the shower is an open shower in bathroom. the water was literally all over the bathroom floor. I was paddling to get to and from sink, toilet. this was dangerous as was slippy and it also meant that water was then trailed into main bedroom area. everywhere was soaking wet.
very disappointed given the cost of this hotel.

One of my favourite boutique hotels in London. Was allowed early checkin - so grateful
This time my room had a strong poop smell from the shower drain. It endured throughout my stay. They kindly gave my a free breakfast but were very vague about the issue. I like ‘say it like it is’!!! There is clearly a drainage issue and I’d like reassurance if there is going to be a next stay. ( I have stayed several times)

Stylish. Good Shoreditch location. Quiet room. Great gym. Good value for quality.
Patchy service. Working in hospitality is demanding but staff not always polite or helpful at reception or breakfast.

Decor and staff both excellent.
Breakfast service was very slow and food not great.

We stayed one night for our wedding anniversary and were treated to an upgrade on arrival (room 222 for our 2nd anniversary, maybe intentional?!) a bottle of bubbles and some chocolates, which we really appreciated. The bed was super comfy and we enjoyed the steam shower. The rooftop pool was great.
There wasn’t much, but our breakfast experience could have been improved. We were offered a lovely outside table near the pool but then had to go back inside to find someone to serve us as we had waited so long. The breakfast itself was good but thought it odd to have no brown sauce available for the full English (a very small issue!) That part of the roof terrace should probably be non smoking whilst people are eating out there (there are other areas) as a couple came out and sat down at the seat next to us for a smoke which wasn’t pleasant blowing over us whilst we were eating our breakfast. The waiter said nothing, just brought an ashtray.

Very comfortable queen beds, nice room, big bathroom. Lovely rooftop terrace with a swimming pool. Tasty food. The hotel provider as wine on the house in the room as it was our wedding night.
It didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel - I booked it as a treat for my wedding night. We had no hot water in the shower as the staff said the boiler broke - I understand that things like that happen sometimes however I never experienced it in a 5 star hotel. One of the lifts also wasn’t working so often we were waiting couple of minutes for a lift.

Great location
My girlfriend is a celiac so can’t have gluten free. There was absolutely no attempt to cater for her. The waiter simply said that you couldn’t guarantee no cross contamination and walked off.
