Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung direkt im Stadtzentrum.

Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und hat einen süßen Balkon über den Dächern der Stadt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Für uns gab es nichts auszusetzen!

Caratteristico ma da rivedere

La posizione. 5 minuti dal battistero, 15 dal palazzo del Governatore. Servizi e locali in zona.

L'accessibilità. Un ultimo piano, con scalini alti e ripidi. La dotazione dell'appartamento. Ho trovato un solo cucchiaio da caffè in cucina. Un limone in frigorifero. Tisane sparse, dai gusti poco comuni e forse datate. Le pareti dell'appartamento e l'interno in generale deve essere mantenuto meglio. Ho dovuto chiedere la pw del wifi. Ho dovuto ripulire il soffione della doccia.

Scelta perfetta per visitare la città

Soluzione perfetta per visitare Parma in due/tre giorni: posizione ottima, vicina alla stazione, alle attrazioni del centro e ai principali servizi. Nel nostro caso era per Capodanno e sia la casa sia la via si sono rivelate molto tranquille. Spazi funzionali, puliti e caldi. Proprietario molto disponibile.

L’ambiente è arredato con personalità - aspetto certamente positivo - ma potrebbe essere alleggerito di alcuni oggetti non indispensabili (soprammobili, piante) per una migliore fruizione degli ospiti. Suggeriamo l’inserimento di un appendiabiti.

De glasplaat overloop.

Bedden ontzettend oncomfortabel, ontzettend lawaaiig appartement. Met bagage slecht toegankelijk en parkeren of aan een hoofdstraat 2 blokken verderop of in een parkeergarage 600m verder.

Stile e logistica top

Molto accogliente, curata in ogni dettaglio, molto attrezzata, logisticamente perfetta. Pulita in modo impeccabile. Ci siamo sentite a casa.

Sarebbe perfetta se non fosse per la spiacevole sensazione di trascuratezza che abbiamo provato entrando nel palazzo (parti comuni). Ma varcata la soglia del "nostro" appartamento ce ne siamo immediatamente innamorate

The place has some very good qualities but also issues that needs addressing.

The room (or better say apartment) is clean and organized. the place is located in a very good and convenient part of the city (Parma) and it takes about 2-3 minutes of walk to get to the city center. it is also very close to the train station which was a great thing when we arrived and left. you need to climb some stairs to get to it but it's nothing serious. there's also a terras which is very nice.

The place in my and my spouse's opinion had 2 major issues that if they would be solved the place could have been perfect. alas, it wasn't. 1. No warm blankets. Italy in October is cold and the place only had one very thin blanket (like one of those summer blankets). the closet didn't have any other blankets either. we spent our first night at the place freezing. luckily the night after was a bit warmer. still, it's a very easily solvable problem. 2. The first thing you can't ignore when you enter the place is the smell. I don't know if it's mold or something in the wood, but it just smells off and not in a good way. we tried opening the windows to let the place ventilate a little but without success. after a little while, my partner started developing an allergic reaction to the mold smell to the point we even searched for a different place to stay. eventually after lots of allergy medication and asthma inhalation we stayed but if to be honest, this issue should be addressed (I know not everyone would develop an allergic reaction but I guess we were just the unlucky ones).

Good location

Walking distance to downtown.

If you use the air conditioning you can’t turn on any other appliances or the power goes out. There was nothing written stating that. The website shows a picture of a terrace. There was not one. Due to COVID there was no breakfast.

Very good

The apartment is very central and all important places in Parma can be reached by foot. The apartment offers everything that is needed. The very friendly host should also be mentioned. We enjoyed our stay.
