Perfect

Everything, John and Ann were very welcoming and had both stoves lit for us and all the essentials in, milk bread and a lovely apple tart. Location was perfect for touring the mullet peninsula.

a hidden treasure - great property once you find it

The cottage was very cosy with stove fire on upon arrival. The premises were very clean. Bathroom has nice power shower. Wifi was available (the password was not clearly marked but easy to find on the router). The booking was "breakfast not included", however there was food in the kitchen (bread, milk, tea/coffee) - we were not sure if we could consume it of not.

It was difficult to find the cottage, because the map sent us to a different location, the GPS coordinates sent us to another wrong location, it wasn;t until we contacted the owner that we were able to get the correct eircode and find the property.

Very peaceful and relaxing.

The house has everything you need, it is a home from home. It is close to the town of Belmullet with shops and restaurants and a pub 100 metres from the front door. There are a number of beautiful stops along the wild atlantic way within a short drive.

Home away from home

Lovely 4 bedroom house, rooms were lovely. The whole house is stocked with all the essentials, and then some!! All the comforts of home and set in an absolutely beautiful location. Highly recommended.

Spotless and so comfortable. Hosts are so welcoming. The house is in an excellent location for exploring. Highly recommend.

Superb

Loved the location, we like remote! A very comfortable warm house with ample space, full kitchen, spacious bathroom and we could bring our dog! It was nice to find a few bits and bobs in the fridge. The apple pie was our desert for the duration of our stay.

Just great. Would stay again, for sure.

Very comfortable home to stay in. It has everything you may need for your stay. Stoves were on when we arrived too. That was very nice as we were soaked to the skin on motorcycles for the day. Appliances are all new. The owner even left fresh bread and milk for us.

No sea view but wasn't expecting it anyway. Farm sheds are at the back door. Nice to hear the lambs in the morning though!

Home from home!

Wonderful little house in a gorgeous location to explore the surrounding area. So many beautiful beaches & sights to see, hikes to do etc. Fire was lighting when we arrived & there was bread and some food in the fridge for us. Which was definitely welcome when we arrived after the long drive! Would certainly go back and recommend for anyone exploring Erris.

I was not the person staying at the property, am just relaying feedback I had from the staff.

There were fires lit for the guests on arrival. As a result of this stay our colleagues suggested in future staying in self catering accommodation instead of B&B's as it was very good.

There was one bathroom between two guests - one other bathroom was locked. This is the only negative thing about the stay.

Excellent for relaxing holiday

This was a beautiful place to spend a few days. Clean and well equipped. Very clean. Perfect base to explore the amazing sights around the area. Would highly recommend
