This is a MOTEL, do not fall for the description in Booking, price should be 1/3 of what they ask

Description does not match reality, this should be rated as a Motel! poorly maintained facilities, bad staff, I cannot think in anything good, OVERPRICED!!!

Great place to stay

Townhouse was good size, there were towels for the place and beach available. Nice swimming pool open 24 hours. Chairs and umbrellas were available for us to take to the beach. Air conditioning in both bedrooms of the townhouse and 2 bathrooms with shower, all updated. The host was super communicative with us. He helped us with recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. The location was great, close to the beach and lots of restaurants, stores, and supermarkets.

Pictures were not exactly what we saw there in person. Place still good, but a little bit different of the pictures.

Excellent place to stay. Awesome staff!

Everything! We (family of four)stayed at one of the two bedroom apartments at Grace Bay Place. It was clean, well equipped, and a convenient 5 minute walk to Grace Bay Beach and the shops. The apartment was quiet, had easy access to the pool, which was never crowded (sometimes it felt like we were the only ones there). Hosts Debbie and Joe were absolutely fantastic! They gave us advice on what to do, best places to eat or avoid, even helping us out in a pinch with some car trouble. Staff was very responsive responding to whatsapp, and giving us fresh beach towels everyday. They let us use umbrellas, beach chairs and cooler for free We will come back here for sure. Thank you. Say hi to Salty the cat for us.

The location was ideal and near all the important things such as beach and Stores

The wifi could have been more solid. I had to hardwire the TV and take it off wifi to improve the wifi... which it did.

Great for a family and considering the prices in Grace Bay a great budget find by one of the best beaches in the world.

In the middle of everything in Grace Bay and a five minute walk to the beach. The kids loved having the kitties on the property come to our patio and visit us every morning. Staff was responsive and provided everything you needed (beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas).

Wifi was spotty but then again a break from electronics wasn’t a bad thing.

Loved the location and it was quiet and convenient. Staff was friendly.

The bathroom sink was clogged and draining very slowly. Sofa couch was not cleaned and we found cheerios. The boys didn’t want to sleep on the sofa after discovering that.

The amazing stay

The location of Island Club is amazing! Right on the main strip in Gracebay. All the restaurants and a grocey store is nearby. The beach is 5 mins away and the hotel has sunbeds on there. The staff are AMAZING. I really want to thank them for the amazing hospitality we had for our anniversary. I would go back. They decorated or room and pick up our cake for us. They went all out for us. The apartment was Clean and beautiful

the outdoor porch was so relaxing to sit out and have our home cooked meals and enjoy the sunshine plus blue skies right fro noir condo!

Island Club and Grace Bay were every bit as beautiful as we had them in memory from 3 years earlier. Not much has changed which is good, only one new hotel is being builtacross the road but we did not hear any noise from there. The best feature of the hotel is its stunning pool area. Every unit has a stunning view from the balcony to the lush tropical garden whose crown jewel is the pool in the middle. Every day gardeners work on it to keep it in perfect shape. You can hang around the terasse, the balcony or the pool the whole day or walk the max 5 minutes to the sea. The units come with all the necessary amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Grace Bay has been voted the best beach in the world on several occasions for a reason. The 7-mile-wide golden sand beach is ideal for walks and early morning jogs and swimming in the turquoise-coloured warm water is heavenly. In short, if there is a vacancy at this hotel, you should book it. It is expensive compared to some other Caribbean islands but in Turks and Caicos and Grace Bay it is still best value for money and you won't regret it.

There is not much not to like. Well, the water in the kitchen was not hot enough to wash dishes but we boiled water in a kettle to make up for it and the second unit we stayed at had a dishwasher which solved the problem. One lock was broken on the balcony door in the first unit but still it felt very safe in and around the hotel.

Great location, great amenities, great time!

We were met by Love who showed us to our room and explained how things worked - she was great! The apartment was much better than expected. Everything was clean and welcoming, plenty of utensils and crockery in the kitchen and the bedrooms were a great size. The air conditioning was very much welcome. The pool area was clean and got a double thumbs up from our children. We were able to park our rental car right outside the accommodation and everything felt safe and secure. The beach was only a couple of minutes walk away, where we had use of the Island Club loungers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Many thanks to Love and all of the staff who made our stay so fantastic.

Our stay was exciting yet extremely disappointing.

I liked the spaciousness and the different rooms that were available as well the short walk to the beach and different restaurants

Perfect location and comfortable stay!

The resort is in a fantastic location. It is not on the beach, but an easy 5-minute walk. It is in the heart of the Grace Bay area. There are several restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The condo itself was clean on arrival. It has modern beach decor. There are comfortable beds and the AC worked great. The kitchen is well equipped. Communication with the staff before arrival was great. There is a pool on the property and plenty of comfortable chairs to relax in outside. Each condo also has an outdoor table and grill.

Our only suggestion would be for the property to purchase some umbrellas for the beach. Otherwise, no issues!

Would Stay Here Again

Our room was ready for early check-in, and it was a renovated one. Very clean and spacious. There were lots of bath towels and beach towels provided. Daughter enjoyed the pool. Floaties were provided as well. Near the shopping area. Shay’s Cafe is just right across the street and Potcake just a minute walk away where we volunteered to walk a rescue dog. The beach is about a 7-minute walk. We were able to use two loungers on the beach provided by the hotel.

If there was a washer and a dryer, it would be perfect. Still give it a 10.

Nice 2 bedroom condo. Very close to restaurants , ice cream & 10 min to grocery store.

You had to walk 10 min to get to the beach. We didn’t have access to beach chairs like other hotels. Island club should provide transportation to & from airport

We hit the jackpot and found a wonderful place to stay on a budget!!

The staff was so helpful and attentive. Our place was in walking distance to everywhere!! The pool was in the courtyard, the beach was five minutes away. We can't wait to go back to paradise.

There wasn't one thing we didn't like.
