My stay was comfortable, convenient, and hospitable, like a home away from home.

The property offered an unparalleled level of comfort. The plush beds provided restful sleep, and the living spaces were thoughtfully furnished, blending style and comfort perfectly.

Great for families with kids, clean and wonderful hosts, kitchen well equipped

spacious for our 2 families, 4 adults and 2 kids well equipped kitchen hot water shower upstairs

no washing machine or laundry dryer or spin could have more towels, but maybe we should have called and asked... :)

Good for a stay in Dumaguete

Spacy room, good bed, good water…

Water in the bathroom on the floor from toilet. A lot of ants on the inside walls

Lovely place to stay at a good price.

The location is fantastic, beds are comfortable. Only the bedrooms are air conditioned but the living room remains cool enough.

Some of the furniture a bit worse for wear. And toilet seat broken.

Very nice and homey clean apartment, far enough off the main road to be very quiet. Full amenities included kitchen

Cosy quiet location

Nice and quiet place inside its own enclosure away from main road - peaceful. Laundry drying facility on site. Staff always managed to help with what we needed by texting them.

You will need transport as it's far from outside activities

One Good sleep and then move on to a more happy place. !!

Good space in room and nice bed, could sleep four people there.

Chinese owner lies about distance to store and mall, it's much longer away. Owner struggled with being nice and comfortable and not really much help. Road terrible narrow and bad just before property. A lot of room things very worn and many normal kitchen tools missing.

It's cleanliness, amenities, responsive owner/staff, and quietmess of the place.

The aircon took time to cool the room, but when the room got cool, place was perfect. Road was very narrow and 2-way, but since our car was small, it.was okay.

Cable tv was mainly Filipino channels only one English speaking news channel..a towel provided could of been good …I tried to cut some meat with the kitchen knife …it was just so BLUNT which I demonstrated to the Filipino guy ,I couldn’t cut my hand with it !!!…on arrival I did ask if a lower monthly rate was available ,which wasn’t …I don’t think it was worth 2000+peso as another viewer mentioned the approach track can get very muddy and wet so don’t use good shoes in the rain …anyhow I’ve just moved into an apartment nearer town for 12000peso a month..so now I’m happy

spacious and it has 2 bathrooms, a veranda in the 2nd floor, fire exit, kitchen, area for hanging clothes at the back. complete utensils and cooking ware, even dish washing soap

the air condition on one room was not functioning well. we used spare electricfan but it was dirty. although the unit has large space, the dining table was small for 8 people. also the location was a bit far from the main road.

gated apartment so you will feel really safe. hosts was warm and accommodating. Place was just perfect for our group. Cosy and we have a wonderful stay.

the location is a bit off. aircon in one of the room upstairs is not cooling enough.the mineral water provided has an unpleasant smell and taste so we had to buy our own. not enough cleaning materials provided like basic kitchen towel and floor mats. Internet is also very weak

Made our vacation a total success

Cherry was the most gracious and helpful for all your needs..if and when I ever back to Dumaguete this is the only place I would want to stay at. Made my vacation a real success. Highly recommend this place to stay.

The location was a little bit sketchy because of the street going to the appartment . The road was narrow suvs or medium sized cars would have a difficult time passing through
